I stumbled upon the solution. In addition to downloading Creative Cloud, I needed to go back to the website and download trials for the programs I want to use--Photoshop and Lightroom. Once I did that, I was in business. Would save trouble if that was made clear on the download site.

after a change of the 365 office version OneDrive for business it is not possible to reinstall the software
it keeps telling me it is already installed.
I think some settings are still there from the old install.

Problem solved! , my tube is back to normal ( to rock )
all i did is , removed the sys,private,system,resources,data folders from the memory card , switched off my phone , removed the memory card , did a soft reset (*#7370#) and tried to install an application from downloads , i was able to install in the phone memory as memmory card was not inserted then switched off the phone , inserted the memory card and tried to install an application from the downloads, finally i was asked where to install the app. and gave memory card , viola application installed sucessfully

I put a clean OS (Win7) on this week and installed CC on a fresh system. I also have a macbook pro and have problems with that also.Is it my account.
I have 2 macbook pros one running CS6 the other on CC and a PC workstation on CC.

Did it install successfully or you received and error message?
Could you specify the exact error message? An error screenshot would help. Do mention the version of PS along with the OS.
Have you installed it using Creative Cloud or disk?
Check if you get the same issue with other adobe products.
Try rebooting the machine and check the same.
In case of same issue, you can try to re-install.

If this is an external USB drive, you must understand that USB is really, really slow. There may be nothing wrong except for that.
In my opinion, USB external drives are only acceptable for backups, and to get "near Hard Drive" performance, you need FireWire.

You are on the 3.6 release and Firefox 7.0.1 is out. You can download and install the latest release from http://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/new/ if you would like to update now. The 3.6 version will be maintained for a while longer, but you should update when you can.

In preferences -- applications - it is just says "content type" is "microsoft word document" but doesn't give a way to choose .docx specifically. Is there another way to do this?

According to your description, my understanding is that you could not edit documents with Office client application in SharePoint 2010.
Let’s do a troubleshooting about this issue:
1. Make sure that you have installed Office application on your machine.
2. Which explorer did you use for your SharePoint. Please test it with IE 10 32-bit, compare the result.
3. Please try to reset IE, compare the result.
4. Add your SharePoint site into Trusted site on your IE options.
5. Make sure all add-ons related to SharePoint are enable, special for SharePoint OpenDocument Class and SharePointOpenXMLDocuments.
6. Since you used OWA for your SharePoint site, please try to disable OWA, then open documents with client application, compare the result.

Please navigate to C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Reader 11.0\Reader and look for Eula.exe. Double click to run it and accept Eula. Try to open pdf document.

Latest version of fp downloads and indicates it was installed but its not on my imac.

It does work if I download Flash Player either through Firefox or Chrome but not through Safari which is my preferred webbrowser.
Any ideas?

You may have some odd possibly even malware software, maybe think about FunWeb Products or similar. I say this as I note in your system info aside:

You may have version 9 installed, but that is not what your browser is apparently reporting.
Try using
#[[safe mode]] <-- clickable link -- <br/> eg by pressing shift as you start firefox <br/> do not make changes, just click on continue
# if that does not help then; whilst still in safe mode, disable all plugins
Finally you may have to look for software installed but not showing up in Firefox as a plug-in. If the problem continues then it is down to doing malware scans.
