I downloaded iCloud but I can't find it in my PC!

I downloaded iCloud to my \PC but I can't find it anywhere! Either I'm just really dumb, or something isn't right. Help?

If downloaded and could not find it to install, enter the start menu search type in "icloudsetup.exe" he finds the file so you can perform the installation.
Then select, "Control Panel"> Network and Internet> Control Panel icloud
Enter your Apple ID and password will be connected and ready.

Extract the photos from the phone to your computer like you would with any other digital camera.
PhotoStream is NOT permanent storage and iCloud photos is in beta, meaning it's not fully cooked yet and you may lose data stored in it.

I guess the iTunes store is not recognizing your computer. Did you de-authorise your computer after you uploaded to iTunes Match. Did you register your new computer with a different User ID? Do you have Genius turned on (which needs to be on as it works in conjunction with iTunes Match. Did you authorise your new computer?
You paid for ITunes match & uploaded your songs using a different computer. So there are obviously one or more steps which need to be taken to download your media from the iCloud. Either someone else with more expertise than I can help you, for example, Limnos Limnos ; or King_Penguin King_Penguin or Chris_CA https://discussions.apple.com/people/Chris%20CA would probably be able to help you better than I.

Logout (System Preferences>iCloud) then login with the new address and password.

You are referring to Photo Stream. Photo Stream syncs the photos taken with your device to all of your device.
It's not a photo storage service, so photos are deleted 30 days after being added to Photo Stream. You can't access to your Photo Stream photos from http://www.icloud.com, but only from an iPhone, iPad or iPod touch (using the Photos app), Mac (using iPhoto '11 or Aperture 3 with OS X Lion or Mountain Lion) or PC (with iCloud Control Panel).
In all of these devices, you have the option of copying them to the device, so they will be kept after 30 days

I've downloaded the iCloud several times, but the installation process takes a couple seconds and a screen pops up saying I can find it on my Windows control panel... but it's not there. The only program I can find is the iCloud setup, but not the program itself. How do I fix this?

I am having the same issue. "iCloud" does not appear on the start menu, is not under All Programs, is not on the bar on the bottom of the screen not on the desktop, not anywhere. Can you give me some idea where it could be? I can find it on the Control Panel, but it just has the option to Uninstall it.

First thing to try is to reset your device. Press and hold the Home and Sleep buttons simultaneously until the Apple logo appears. Let go of the buttons and let the device restart. See if that fixes your problem.

If it is on the ipad then transfer it to your computer, File>Devices>Transfer Purchases, then sync it to your iphone
