I downloaded IOS6 a week ago, now, all of a sudden the when I try to send emails the server connection fails. I have tried deleting and recreating the email account, but no good. Any suggestions?

Are you using yahoo? If so, wait it out. Yahoo has had a lot of issues lately and you just have to wait for them to fix it.
