Hello jazzyv_18,
Thanks for using Apple Support Communities.
For more information on this, take a look at:
iTunes 11.1.4 for Windows: Unable to install or open
http://support.apple.com/kb/TS5376
Check for .dll files
Go to C:\Program Files (x86)\iTunes and C:\Program Files\iTunes and look for .dll files.
If you find QTMovie.DLL, or any other .dll files, move them to the desktop.
Reboot your computer.
Note: Depending on your operating system, you may only have one of the listed paths.
Uninstall and reinstall iTunes
Uninstall iTunes and all of its related components.
Reboot your computer. If you can't uninstall a piece of Apple software, try using the Microsoft Program Install and Uninstall Utility.
Re-download and reinstall iTunes 11.1.4.
Best of luck,
Mario

Recently received msg to download update to iTunes. When I did got message file MSVCR80.dll was missing and update had failed. Now I can't even open iTunes. How do I get the file back
Click here and follow the instructions. You may need to completely remove and reinstall iTunes and all related components, or run the process multiple times; this won't normally affect its library, but that should be backed up anyway.

While updating my version of iTunes, I was prompted that MSVCR80.dll was missing
Can anyone help me???????? I was going into iTunes the other day and was promped that there was a newer version so I chose to install. The installation stopped and was told that it couldn't download to try again later. So I did and was then given a prompt/ error message APSDaemon.exe system error. MSVCR80.dll is missing from my computer. I NEVER deleted it so what could've happened to it??? Now I can't get into iTunes at all. How can I locate the dll file and get it onto my computer? Please help, advise.

Was not enough room to finish. I tried to uninstall all Apple programs and reinstall but I was asked to validate an unidentified publisher and don't have a clue what that is and could not remove programs. I am not good at fixing stuff on the computer and would like some help with this. I have had iTunes for a long time without issue.
Go to Control Panel > Add or Remove Programs (Win XP) or Programs and Features (later)
Remove all of these items in the following order:
iTunes
Apple Software Update
Apple Mobile Device Support (if this won't uninstall press on)
Bonjour
Apple Application Support
Reboot, download iTunes, then reinstall, either using an account with administrative rights, or right-clicking the downloaded installer and selecting Run as Administrator.
The uninstall and reinstall process will preserve your iTunes library and settings, but ideally you would back up the library and your other important personal documents and data on a regular basis. See this user tip for a suggested technique.
Please note:
Some users may need to follow all the steps in whichever of the following support documents applies to their system. These include some additional manual file and folder deletions not mentioned above.

I installed the latest iTunes software on my Dell Windows 7 PC. Durring installation, when it got to the "Starting Services" part, I got an error message:
iTunes
Service 'Apple Mobile Device' (Apple Mobile Devices) failed to start. Verify that you have sufficient priveleges to start system services.
Abort Retry Ignore
"Ignore" was highlighted.
I tried "Retry" but same message kept coming up, so I tried "Ignore"
Install completed. But when I tried to start iTunes, I got message:
"iTunes.exe
The program can't start because MSVCR80.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem."
Followed by the message:
"iTunes was not installed correctly. Please reinstall iTunes. Error 7 (Windows error 126)."
I have tried the install procedure (after uninstalling iTunes) several times with the same results. Where do I get the file MSVCR80.dll? How do I get past this?Click here and follow the instructions.

Ever since I downloaded iOS 7 my music and video sound has been really bad quality what should i do??
I had the same problem on my iPad v2 IOS 7. But it sorted itself after a hard reset (power and home button) followed by a soft rest ( just power) . I lost all sound at this point. Then restarted again with a hard reset.
Hope that fixes your iPad v2
