I downloaded Mavericks and now when I google a topic and select one, I then cannot scroll back to the original google page if I wish to try a different answer?

Sorry, I'm not very good at describing the problem. If I had multiple browser pages open, prior to downloading Maverick I could swipe the mouse to go back or forward as required. Now if I google a subject and the page comes up with all the choices and I pick one, I now cannot swipe back to the first page , I have to re-open google each time, type in my seach and start from scratch.

If I go through the setup that you suggested, won't I screw up the existing software on my system?
No. The iTunes installer will first uninstall the existing version of iTunes and then put in the new one. (That's actually also what happens when you use Apple Software Update to install a new version ... it just doesn't show the uninstall phase like the iTunes64Setup.exe or iTunesSetup.exe does.)

When I try to log in on FaceTime I press log in and it goes to the verification then goes right back to the log in page as if I hadn't pressed the button at all

I think i may have downloaded a websites tool bar and it changed the normal new tab to it's website

HT4743 I downloaded a tv episode. When I press play it starts to load then immediately goes back to the episode page. I've tried rebooting my ipad but that doesn't help. I can't get into my account info from my ipad as suggested.

I recently purchased a tv episode from ITunes. It shows that it has downloaded. When I press play it starts to load then immediately returns to the episode page. I have tried rebooting several times.

Basics from the manual are restrt, reset, restore.
Have you tried each of these?

My home page is set to google & is always open, after i open new tabs to other web pages & then go back to the original home page tab it is frozen or if not frozen you try to do a search & it displays nothing (blank page white background)

If the above problem occurs I can open a new home(ie google) in a new tab & it works every time.
When original home page isnt frozen & will let you do a google search but displays blank you cannot return to the original page (ie using back button or home button).
When the page is frozen you can do nothing with it.

You can delete the account and start all over again. Go to Settings>Mail, Contacts, Calendars>Account name - tap on the email account name - then tap delete at the bottom of the window that will pop up.
Then start all over again with the correct information.
If you cannot get out of the mail app - force quit it. Hold down on the sleep button until the red slider appears. Let go of the sleep button. Then hold down on the home button until the mail app quits. You may want to restart the iPad as well.
Restart the iPad by holding down on the sleep button until the red slider appears and then slide to shut off. To power up hold the sleep button until the Apple logo appears and let go of the button.

We have a website with BC - http://www.preventive.com/. My boss used the admin log in yesterday and played with the original template and of course messed it up.
This morning I tried to roll bacl to the original, but for some reason the main menu is still vertical and not in its correct place.

Hi Anna,
I don't see any CSS being applied to the menu that would define the look of it. If you want the menu items to be horizontal you would need to have them float. Best is you wrap the menu in a div with an ID, for example: <div id="main-nav">{module_menu,XXX}</div> and start building up the CSS from there:

Hard to tell you the specifics if I don't know how the menu is supposed to look like. Do you have a proof of the layout you can share?

TS2570 Is downloaded mavericks and installed. I cannot boot up, it hangs on the grey screen with the apple logo

Here are some suggestions based on my recent issue with unable to get Mavericks up after upgrade - The Apple geniuses just simply couldnt figure this one out...despite it being in their shop for 3 days (They probably did not look at it...and asked if they can just wipe out everything and install fresh...i had said NO):
Restart computer and hold Cmd+V when you hear chime. This will start the computer in Verbose mode.
See the messages and see where the system boot fails. In my case, it was some backtrace IOStorageFamily issue with com.paragon-software.
Google may be able to solve your Apple issues - just type the error message in and see if you get any useful suggestions. in most cases - this would be some faulty 3rd party drivers.....
In my case, it was something stupid i had probably installed....I had to boot to safe mode (Hold Shift at boot chime) - open Terminal, delete the folder com.paragon-software.kext from System/Library/Extensions....that fixed the problem. Mavericks is working great now....

When I send email and attach photos, those are been randomly resized, without asking and I can't resize them back to the original size on the screen and on the email, even if I select them and click on "LARGE SIZE" images on the right top box of the email

By the way, I've tried to look for the Attachment Tamer box, between the Mail Prefferences but it doesn't even show me this option. So I can't do it.

It first de-organized hours worth of my time. Then I tried it again with iTunes match off only to find out that once you turn it on it de-organizes it again!! I have iTunes match turned off on all my devices. HELP

Go to Settings > iTunes and App Stores and set the option for "iTunes Match" to OFF. Then do a hard reset by holding down the Power and Home buttons until you see the Apple logo.
FYI, there is no matching from an iOS device.
