I downloaded my free trial of Premiere Pro yesterday, and today it's telling me my trial has expired. What happened?
I had downloaded a trial a few months back, and used it just fine.  Obviously, that trial expired.
A few days ago I received an email telling me that due to new updates, they (Adobe) was resetting my trial.
Last night I updated the app, and started a new project.  However, today I am unable to open my project, and keep getting a notice from Adobe telling me that my 'trial has expired.'
What gives??  Anyone had this happen to them before and know a way around it?

Thanks John!  This did help.
I found out from the Video team at Adobe that the retrial was only valid for one day.
Unfortunately this wasn't communicated in the offer I was given.

    I'm having the same problem. Subscribed to Creative Cloud. All the apps showing as 'Try' rather than the 'Download' buttons that apepar on a colleagues machine (who subscribed a few months ago). When I load the trial of Indesign, if I select 'licence software' - no space to put Adobe ID, only serial number which I don't have with the Creative Cloud membership.
    Tried everything that has been suggested. Updated everything in Adobe App' Manager. Gone back to open Indesign - still just has boxes for serial number.
    Please sort this out Adobe. I've wasted half a day trying to install on my machine and still have the rest of the studio to do.

    Did you have an Adobe trial running on this same computer before?  Maybe your previous trial was used for 3 weeks and then you uninstalled it?  If so, you're only eligible for a 1 week trial on this computer.

    Your caption says "I have my original serial number" , so do you mean to say the original for PSE11?  If so then it won't work in PSE12.  You need to enter the serial number you got in the email when you bought the upgrade from Adobe as download.  Did you get the email from Adobe about this and have you kept it in your inbox or somewhere safe?

    Did you have the Free trial installed on this computer previously?  If yes, you can't try it again.  Try using a different computer.

I checked the connections to make sure that it hadn't just run out of power d/t battery running out, but the electric connections were fine.   • I was previously using the free trial which expired, so i bought the software. However, it is not registering that i am now a member and keeps saying that my free trial has expired.

    What do I do?

    download the cc desktop app and sign in with the same adobe id used to subscribe:  Download Adobe Creative Cloud apps | Free Adobe CC trial
    if you still see that problem, uninstall your trial and install using the cc desktop app.

    I have a laptop that qualifies for the Microsoft 7 upgrade, and I have sent in the info.  My question is do they have a work around to extend the trial version of windows 7 until the new one is shipped?  I can't type any documents any more...

    Why is that?  Toshiba never released any trial, beta, or other versions of Windows 7.  That is something that MICROSOFT did.  They run the program, not Toshiba.  All Toshiba and the other computer manufacturers do is distribute the disks once Microsoft send them to them.  If you have a problem with your trial, RTM, RC, or beta version expiring prior to the REAL version being shipped you need to contact Microsoft about it as THEY are the ones in charge of this.
    If you don't post your COMPLETE model number it's very difficult to assist you. Please try to post in complete sentences with punctuation, capitals, and correct spelling. Toshiba does NOT provide any direct support in these forums. All support is User to User in their spare time.
