    You should be able to install CC on a second computer, licensing rules allow you to install on two computers.

    After downloading and installing the trial version, you can activate the software by launching it and entering the serial number when prompted.
    Else you can launch the software, go to the 'Help' menu and select 'Activate' and then enter the serial number when prompted to activate the software.

    when you were install your cs3 you should have been prompted for you serial number.  were you?
    if not, you probably didn't properly install cs3.  copying/migrating/moving etc is problematic.
    if yes, did you see any error messages during installation?
    if yes, attach a screenshot of the error message.
    if not, check you install logs, Troubleshoot with install logs | CS5, CS5.5, CS6, CC

    Hi, I'm new to CC - want to download a trial version (of anything - illustrator, indesign or the complete package) but continuously getting a message "We are currently experiencing some issues, please try again later. If the problem persists, contact customer support."
    I have spent quite a few hours simply trying to download a trial to see if this is the way I want to go. Is this "experiencing of some issues" a common problem? So far, it's been nothing but a hassle - I can't even get started and it leaves me wondering if there will be "some issues" on a regular basis that will in fact prevent me from working on files. Choosing the contact customer support option doesn't resolve this particular issue, nor does it lead me to an actual customer support.
    Any advice warmly welcomed.

  • I'm (nearly) fed up of trying and trying to download the TRIAL version of the Premier Pro app and it's been impossible so far.

    I downloaded the file (PremierPro_8_LS20.7z) which is 971MB large (Aprox), then execute the .exe file so it can be downloaded and then I get an ERROR message saying that this product can only be installed in a system of 64 bits.

    What version of Premiere Pro are you wishing to evaluate?  What operating system are you using?  Please be aware that all recent versions of Premiere Pro have required a 64-bit operating system.  You can find the system requirements at System requirements | Adobe Premiere Pro.

    Please try the following steps:
    Windows:
    Please go to C:\Users\(your own user)\AppData\Local\Adobe\OOBE and rename opm.db file.
    MAC:
    /Users/[user name]/Library/Application Support/Adobe/OOBE and rename opm.db
    Once you do that then it should ask you to sign in using a different e-mail address.

    the error code is number 5, and the message says "you'd better delete the program and download it one more time"
    but the problem doesn't solve
    the program (Ae trial version) did download to my desktop, but it keeps failing to open.

    check your file size to see if you have a complete download.
    if you're having trouble completing the download, try a different browser and/or a different (wired) connection and/or a download manager.

    Make sure you open the file in Acrobat and not in Reader.
    What exactly is the problem? What's preventing you from editing the form?
