I downloaded the Buzz Player HD TWICE from the apple store on my ipad 3, but any of the videos it contais doesnt rotate. i mean, they all play only vertical (any other app rotates fine). Why?

The Buzz Player HD on my ipad new, which i bought from the official app store, plays its content, but cant rotate the videos. it plays them only vertically, no rotation ata ll as it normally does with any other app or content. I deleted the app as well as its content and i downoaded again (with no charge) and the same content again, but in vain. i shot a short video with the ipad's camera and this video rotates!!! i contacted the buzz player's site, but no response! Any help, please???

They gave me a brand new phone and I logged into all of my iCloud stuff, etc...
When I try to go onto the Internet it will say its loading, loading, loading, then give up. Pandora has given up after one song. All other apps that need to connect to Internet or networks load and load and then give up. I will double tap the one button and close out all the apps and it may work for a second but no more. First try resetting your iPod. Nothing will be lost:

The purchase history on your iTunes account will only show purchases from the iTunes stores (iTunes, app store, ibookstore, Mac app store), not from Apple online or bricks-and-mortar stores.
Does anything show on your credit card ? If the email is genuine then it's possible that your and their email addresses are similar and that they gave the wrong id (or the store typed it incorrectly), it doesn't necessarily mean that anybody has access to your account.

iTunes has no sound for the movies too. It is obviously an Apple issue since they ALL play just fine on the Windows Media Player.

Encoding you say. I noticed that all the movies without sound are listed in 'Home Video' section of iTunes. The process used to digitize the movies was identical for all the movies. Is there a way to identify the encoding problem? I have redone a movie several times, setting the audio to different levels. When I set it to Stereo the sound came through, but choppy.
