A refund may not be possible since the terms of sale for the iTunes Store state that all sales are final. You can contact the iTunes Store, explain the reason for your request, and ask, though:

It's possible they'll make an exception for you. An exception is more likely if the app is defective in some way or doesn't do what the developer advertised and the developer has been unable or unwilling to help you.

Contact iTunes Support. http://apple.com/support/itunes/contact/. Under these circumstances, you will probably get a refund. Report that app as well, and/or write a negative review in the App Store if you feel like it.

Terrible audio book, anyway to get a refund or exchange?

I recently bought an audiobook that is so bad it skips back to previous sections. In other words it reads chapter one and then instead of chapter two it goes back to the middle of chapter one. It's terrible. Is there a way to bring this up to Apple and get a refund or at least an exchange?

in iTunes, access your *purchase history* via your account in the iTunes store,
find the file in question, and click on +report a problem+. report the problem.

Looking to try this but don't want to pay $5 for a cap app. I've seen mixed reviews. It works great on my laptop as the Adobe Cloud CC but I want to know about my Galaxy Note 3

I know Google Play allows refunds within a window (it's usually 15 minutes but I'm hearing now it's as long as 2 hours).
Take note that PS Touch is not *quite* as powerful as the desktop version (for obvious reasons). Some things are done a tad differently. (e.g., There aren't any adjustment masks or layer masks but you're certainly allowed to make a duplicate of a layer and work on that and blend it with layers above or below using the various tools.)
It has the layers paradigm down pat and it's more powerful than those goofy "image editors" that just let you add captions or change colors to make the image look like a Polaroid.

I bought a book from iBooks, but it apparently has DRM which means my iMac and MacBookAir can't play it. I don't have an ipod and I don't fancy reading a book on an iphone, even the 5. Can I get a refund, and if so how?
I might add that I have been reading Kindle books on the MacBook Air without any bother.

You cannot redownload audiobooks at all.
If you want it on your macbook, tehn put it there.
You can transfer it from your iphone: File>Transfer Purchases.

Sorry. There's nothing anyone can do. The current version of the facebook app will not run on 4.2.1. The iPhone 3G won't run anything higher than 4.2.1. You're stuck.
Maybe it's time to buy yourself a new iPod Touch.

Audiobooks are currently a one-time only download. If it didn't download correctly then try the 'report a problem' link from your purchase history : log into your account on your computer's iTunes via Store > View My Account and you should then see a Purchase History section with a 'see all' link to the right of it ; click on that and you should see a list of your purchases ; find that audiobook and use the 'Report a Problem' link.
