I downloaded the installer but I can't install Firefox
I downloaded the installer and try to install FF but I can't. It goes up to extracting files and then nothing. At first I wanted to try FF4 but it could not work so I guessed I should uninstall the ff3.6 that I had on my computer. Now I can't install any version of FF.
I turned off the firewall i also removed Avast from my computer and another Antimalware program I had but nothing. It says extracting files and that's it. Nothing more
You should download and install iBooks first and then buy books from the iBooks Store. You worked backwards. Where did you but the book? Or where did you download it from?

Okay, after many (MANY) tries I finally managed to download the itunes program. I have dial up, and I was continuously disconnected while downloading, so I ended up taking my handy-dandy memory stick to a friend's and downloaded the entire 35.1 MB files in 20 minutes. However, once I loaded it onto my own computer at home, I am unable to run the program. I click, nothing happens. I go to Add/Remove programs, try to do it that way, it finds the programming, but then does NOTHING. I've made sure that I am logged on as owner/administrator, tried so many other tricks I can't remember them all, what else can I do?

There is no camera roll download pop up after connected to iTune, to solve that I used Photo Transfer App to download the Photos, but how can I delete the photos in the camera rolls, as there are 9000 photos in the camera roll

I bought the Dreamweaver CS5 for Windows a few years ago. Now I have also a Mac Book pro, where I have to Install the Dreamweaver CS5. I have made the Download for Mac, but I can't Install it. When I push the button, I got an error message.
CS5 for Windows can only be installed on Windows operating system.
You would need to purchase CS5 for Mac OS.
Given that CS5 is now 4 versions back, it's unlikely you'll find a copy.
You could get DW CC from the Creative Cloud which supports both Win/Mac platforms.

anyone have trouble installing blockbuster on-demand app on Mac. My mac downloads the app but i can't seem to find the dowload file in my macHD folder so that I can install the app. I have the OSX version 10.6.8
Where are you downloading the app from?

What do you mean, 'downloaded'? Take pictures where? Are you saying that you have an iPhone or iPad and you don't have enough memory for any more pictures? Adding the 10GB won't have any effect - it's extra space on the iCloud server for Documents, email, Contacts, Calendars and iPhone backup. You can't increase the memory on an iPad or iPhone by any means. If this isn't your issue please clarify what you mean.

Click here and follow the instructions. You may need to completely remove and reinstall iTunes and all related components, or run the process multiple times; this won't normally affect its library, but that should be backed up anyway.

While extracting LR 4.2 files I am getting an error to re-download the installer but to no avail
I am using Win 7, 64 bit; I am running LR 4.1 RC2; have downloaded LR 4.2; when trying to extract the files from the download, I get an error and am told to re-download the LR installer again. I have deleted and downloaded the software several times to no avail. So what is the issue and how can I install LR 4.2? I have successfully installed the updates for CS6, Bridge, Camera Raw, etc. Thank you.
Do you have another browser to download? That often does the trick.

I am trying to install airport utility on my mac with OS 10.7.5 to use my old airport express but during installation after it says cleaning up it stops installing with an error message an error occured.
The software is from the Apple site and all it says is to contact the developer but cannot find out who to contactHere are the basic steps to install version 5.6 under Mountain Lion using CharlesSoft's Pacifist:
If you haven't already download the AirPort Utility disk image file directly from Apple Support Download
Place the resultant AirPortUtility56.dmg file onto your Mac's Desktop.
Run Pacifist.
Click on the Open Package option. Find the disk image file that you just placed on your desktop, and then, click on Open.
The utility is located as follows: Contents of AirPortUtility56.dmg > Contents of AirPortUtility56.pkg > Contents of AirPortUtility56Lion.pkg > Applications > Utilities > AirPort Utility 5.6.app
Drag AirPort Utility 5.6.app to your Mac's /Applications/Utilities folder.
You can now run the AirPort Utility from the Utilities folder. -

Either way, on the mac, you should be able to simply:
1. Close all versions of Firefox
2. Drag the applications to the trash folder, which will remove them from the folder or your dock
3. Download Firefox with Safari at getfirefox.com
4. Open the downloaded file by double clicking it
5. Once that happens you will have a Firefox icon and a folder with an "A" on it
6. Drag the Firefox icon onto the A, which will install it into your Applications folder
7. Open your Applications folder and drag it onto your main dock
8. You should be able to launch it from your dock by clicking on the Firefox icon.
