It's on itunes in the game section, but when I try dragging it over to my ipod, it had an x. When I had my ipod sync games from itunes, it didn't sync it, either. It's authorized to download, and I saw it on my purchases, so how do I put it on my ipod? I have a 3rd generation 4gb ipod nano

My problem is pretty much explained in the topic question. But I downloaded a game that was free during a promotion, it downloaded just fine. The app says it is downloaded in the iTunes store, and I can find it in my library. But when I click on Apps in my iPod it's not there. I cannot get it to sync, and it will not let me delete and then redownload the game.

I'm going on a hike tomorrow with my dad and I'd been reluctant to download iTunes on my new laptop but finally decided to install it so I could have new music for the trip. I bought nearly ninety new songs, all of which appeared in my library, and on my account they are shown with my old songs. But my iPod isn't syncing the new music? Really I planned to start from scratch and not have them together, but that would be fine if they would just download. I don't understand. They're in my library, but won't download to my iPod.

I just downloaded the 2.0 upgrade, and it won't go onto my iPod Touch. It gives me an error message and says that my iPod is in Recovery mode. Every time I try to restore it (Extracting Software part works, but it messes up at the part that says Preparing iPod for Restore), an error message comes up that says this "The iPod 'iPod' could not be restored. An unknown error occured (6)." My iPod has the iTunes logo with the cord on it, but when it gets to the Preparing iPod for Restore part of the recovery, it like shorts out or something, and the whole screen turns to that lit-up black thing (if you know what I mean).

My dad wrang up Apple and told them what happened. I sent my iPod in and now it's on it's way back to me, all fixed! Just ring up and tell them what happened and they should tell you to send it in. Dave: I did the Microsoft Update two days before this happened, and rebooted as required. I just created a new restore point and lauched Creative Cloud. Now I get the famous white screen:

Unfortunately now, I get this (even after closing the above window):
The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process.

I may be incorrect on this so I need immediate assistance as I have poster and ad deadlines. I also tried disabling the gatekeeper and solution 3 on the troubleshooting of slow saving on photoshop.

Are you attempting to save the file to a network location instead of your local hard drive? If so, this is probably why you are encountering an issue and why Adobe Drive would be the solution. As we've documented, it is a bad idea to open from or save directly to a network source: Networks, removable media | Photoshop | CS4 and later. Drive can help you get around this by setting up an Adobe supported virtual connection to the network. Thus, if installing Adobe Drive is the solution you need and your need help with installing Drive, please post to the Downloading, Installing, Setting Up forum.
If you are not saving to a network location, then Adobe Drive is not going to be the answer. Then we'll need to know more about the file you are saving.

Given that you are very low in memory on your iPhone, it would be much easier to connect your phone to your computer and download iOS 8.1 via iTunes. Memory won't be an issue this way.
