I have a new Laptop and want to put my prepaid cards on this computer.. i downloaded the PhotoShop Elements 12 and Premier Elements 12 and need to know where I imput the card numbers to transfer the serial numbers to this computer. Thank you..

I (thought) downloaded the trial version of Photoshop Elements, Cannot find it!!

and it even says 'You have Thirty Days left on your Trial' but I cannot seem to find the actual Photoshop Elements! I can only find the Adobe Download Assistant! I'm trying to download the trial version of Photoshop CS6, but adobe just returns me the download page of Photoshop CS6 Extended. Where can I download that? Is that available as a trial?

The only way is to buy a license I have complained to Adobe for I do not want to be a beta tester and do not want to even see extended feature during a trial. I talk for over an hour with their support on the phone before paying for a licence. They told me the bug I wated fixed in CS5 was fixed in CS6 so I sprung for a license only to find out they lied the bug is still in CS6 andAdobe has added additional bugs. Things that work in the past now have bugs. IMO what I paid for is a beta not a good release so many Actions and Scripts fail if your preferences is set to edit in floading windows. The Only way to even use CS6 it to edit with preference set to open in tabs then float windows with tabs option in effect. New features support like Bicubic Automatic was not added to Photoshop Scripting which breaks Script that reference a users interpolaton preference when the preference is the default Bicubic Automatic. Installing the Script listener disables the new allow tool recording option. The new Allow Tool Recording is machine dependant recording a massive amount of data on fast machine and a small amount of data on slow machines. Playing an action that record tools on a fasts machine when played on a slow machine is unuseable. There is at least one new bug in the Action player and one new bug in the Action recorder. The there are other new features like content aware move the feature may work on a document where the move is relatily easy to pull off. Professional as well as well as amatures tha pay the price for Photoshop want tools that are well designed and work not tools that may work on some machines or work on easy problems not hard ones. IMO CS6 as is is beta code and has some design flaws as well.

It won't run on Win 7, anyway and as Scott said, finding such old versions in working condition will be almost impossible to begin with. As larry said, simply use any current vector editing program. The all can save/ export AI88 files.

Cannot download the trial version of premier 13

Good afternoon.
I am unable to use my full version of Premeier elements 13 so I thought I would download the trial one so I have done that and it looks like a folder on my desktop?
When I go into it it has two other folders, one that says PRE 13 and the other says Readme?
i have looked into the file and in properties it says read only?

When I click on the shortcut to premier elements 13 I get the box that shows the organizer on the left and the Video Editor on the right so thats giving me a choice to choose from
If I choose the organizer it takes me to my media where all my photos are stored
I can make folders with names on so for example i have photos name Christmas 2014
I also have videos from the summer of 2014 called Flamingo Land which is a theme park
If I go into Folders I see quite a lot of folders. Some are names that I have called my Albums and some I have never heard of?
When I click into them they are give me the same photos from the Christmas 2014 album?

I have photoshop 6.0 on my current computer, I got in in college 4 years ago and the disc subsequently came to a tragic end after a collision with my dogs teeth T_T I still have the serial number though. My problem is I've just bought a new computer and I was told that to transfer photoshop to my new computer I had to deactivate it on my old computer and then download the trial version using the original serial number. Will this work?

I am trying to download the trial version of After Effects for testing. I downloaded Edge animate from the cloud several months ago with no probelem. Safari says it can not open the address. Is this a firewall issue? I am trying to convince my boss to allow me to subscribe to the creative cloud but so far this is not helping running into to techical difficulties this early in the process. Thanks for any response.
UPDATE: I uninstalled and then reinstalled the Creative Cloud download app. It seems to have downloaded and installed fine but when I go to download a trial app nothing happens, nor do I know what to do. The creative cload window opens in my mac and that's all. Any suggestions.
I have also noticed the CC icon on the top title bar of my mac remains dim, don't know if that is an issue. The only options it gives me is Help, Open as window and Close Creative Cloud. What gives?

That will take you to 10.6.3.
If required you can then use the combo updater to get to the latest version, 10.6.8 (http://support.apple.com/kb/DL1399)
