I downloaded the update of firefox to 6.0 now my mega manager again has been disabled why does firefox keep doing this to us i just fixed it in the 5.0 version what now
as in my question i just fixed the mega manager in the 5.o version of firefox now when i did the update to 6.0 firefox saw fit to disable my mega manager again!!!!!!! this is really getting to be aggravating is there another solution or are we not going to ever be able to use the mega manager again i have 4 other computers with fire fox on them and i am not going to do the update until firefox fixes this mess i can't even tell you how upset i am with firefox right now grrrrrrrrrr thanks for any help dr john w hickman [email protected]

I had to call itunes bc my account had got hacked and they got that fixed and my account works i can sign in and sign out but when i go to download something or update an app on my ipod it comes up that my apple ID has been disabled. Does anyone know how to fix this? If not who i can get ahold of on the weekends.
There is NO PHONE NUMBER for itunes support. You cannot call them.
You contact them through the link under "Contact Us", when you click on "Support" at the top of this page.
Try changing your password. If this fails, then contact itunes support. -
When trying to download from IBooks I get an error message that says my Apple ID has been disabled. I have updated credit card, password, etc but still getting error message. What are next steps?

My name is Amos. I use iPad3 64GB and have been buying and downloading from App Store but recently, each time I want to buy or down load apps from the store, I will receive a popup, "your apple ID has been disabled". I have made efforts to download to no avail and have also change my password severally and later my username and still I get the same message. Now, I can neither buy nor download free apps from the store. What do I do? I need help!

Welcome to the Apple Community.
When your account becomes disabled, Apple provides the following recommendation:
"This message means that someone tried and failed to sign in to your account multiple times. The Apple ID system disables the account to prevent unauthorized people from gaining access to your information. You need to reset your password, following the instructions at the Apple ID website".
Visit iForgot.com and follow the instructions there.
In order to change your Apple ID or password for your iCloud account on your iOS device, you need to delete the account from your iOS device first, then add it back using your updated details. (Settings > iCloud, scroll down and hit "Delete Account")
Providing you are simply updating your existing details and not changing to another account, when you delete your account, all the data that is synced with iCloud will also be deleted from the device (but not from iCloud), but will be synced back to your device when you login again.
In order to change your Apple ID or password for your iCloud account on your computer, you need to sign out of the account from your computer first, then sign back in using your updated details. (System Preferences > iCloud, click the sign out button)
In order to change your Apple ID or password for your iTunes account on your iOS device, you need to sign out from your iOS device first, then sign back in using your updated details. (Settings > store, scroll down and tap your ID)

I updated my iphone -again, and now my girlfriend (and who knows who else) is not reliably receiving messages. I try sending as iMessage and as SMS and have iMessage checked in my options and send as text message if iMessage doesn't work also checked. It was working fine, I updated, now it's patchy at best and although messages are marked as delivered they aren't and I don't know unless I phone the recipient up. Have tried restarting, resetting and digging through the trouble shooting pages... Apple products used to just work, now my phone is like a puzzle that I have to solve. I'm ditching apple in October when my contract is up but would like to send texts in the meantime, any ideas?
Awesomez. Thanks apple support community, very helpful indeed. About as helpful as a phone that stops sending texts after the manufacturers update it. No worries though, I got a HTC yesterday, put my sim in and guess what? It works. Close this thread down thanks mods.
