I dropped my iphone in the toilet and follwed the instructions to put it in a bag of rice and wait it out. but this morning it came back on because of an alarm after only about 10 hours. How screwed am I that it won't com back on?

They said it could short ciruit if I turned it on too soon. How bad will it be?
