They can fix it at the Apple Store. I wish you could get it fixed for free, but the warranty doesn't cover accidents like this . It sounds like you understand this, I just want to make sure you know.

Since everything you did voided your warranty, Apple will at best charge you the out of warranty replacement fee, and offer you a refurbished iPhone of same specs as your own.
You'll need to take it in and discuss your options with them directly if they wish to offer you any.

I stop using my Ipod for a few months and then when i wanted to use it it didn't turn on. I try to charge it but after two hours of charging it says it still needs more charging time. It didn't get wet or anything like that but, i does make a funny noise when everytime i try to turn it on. All i want to know if like i could bring my Ipod to an Apple Store and they'll be able to fix it or something free or not.

The iPod's battery may be shot, especially after going without use for a couple of months. And yes, you can bring it to your local Apple store to have them take a look at it. They'll be able to determine what your options are.

Ok, so on sunday, i lost my grip on my iPod touch (4th gen) abd it fell on the lock button. I tugged on my headphones so it wouldnt hit the ground, and all that touched the ground was the top of the iod where the loc button is. Now I have a crack from the middle of a previous crack (very small) and it goes across the screen . Its under the front camera down and across. IDK if my mom bought a warrenty when she bought it, and she doesnt know about the crack yet. Is there any way to fix the screen without having to go to apple and pay $100 to fix it. You could try to replace it yourself. I think that it depends on how long you have had your iPod. I dropped my iPod touch (also 4th generation and 8GB) and there were major screen cracks. I got it last September and the drop was last month. I got a refurbished model for $99.

- iOS: Not responding or does not turn on
- Also try DFU mode after try recovery mode
How to put iPod touch / iPhone into DFU mode « Karthik's scribblings
- If not successful and you can't fully turn the iOS device fully off, let the battery fully drain. After charging for an least an hour try the above again.
- Try another cable
- Try on another computer
- If still not successful that usually indicates a hardware problem and an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store is in order.

I know that all of the songs are saved in iTunes on my computer. They told me that they were not able to retrieve the pictures from my device. I recently sync'ed my iPod Touch before it broke. Do the photos that I save on my iPod Touch save to iTunes or to my computer when I sync the device? If so, how do I retrieve those pictures from iTunes or from my computer?
Also, if I buy a new iPod Touch how can I transfer my songs from iTunes to the new device?

Photos taken by and saved to the iPod are included in the backup that iTunes makes evetime you sync or if do a manual or iCloud backup.
Per the following the backup includes:
iTunes: About iOS backups
Camera Roll (Photos, screenshots, images saved, and videos taken. Videos greater than 2 GB are backed up with iOS 4.0 and later.)
Note: For devices without a camera, Camera Roll is called Saved Photos.
Thus if you backed up after the photos were taken yuo can restore an iDevice from that backup

- Restore to factory settings/new iOS device.
If still problem, make an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store since it appears you have a hardware problem.
