When you get your iPod repaired / replaced... do yourself a favor, spend a few more bucks and but a case, like a Lifeproof or Griffin Survivor. Both cover the entire iPod and offer protection against drops and falls, weather, sand, dust, etc. and will at least minimize if not prevent damage to your iPod. Good luck.

Hey, alright so last night i was sitting on my bed and a spider fell on me and of course i jumped to find the spider, my laptop slid off of my lap and fell onto my floor. It still works but the right corner sort of came off of the hinge a little bit. Whenever i open it it sort of rubs against the keyboard part of the laptop causing it to be harder to open, not impossible i can open it but i can feel the tension. If you mean your iPad got stepped on and the screen physically broke, I think it extremely unlikely that Apple will replace it again for free. They weren't obligated to do so the first time, as apparently they did, and almost certainly not going to do so twice.
Sorry, but I think you'll just have to live without your iPad until such time as you can save up enough money to pay for repairs. There are independent iPad repair services that may be able to replace the screen for less than Apple's replacement charge, though I can't say with certainty. Do a web search for "ipad repair".

No. By having an unauthorized service shop open your phone you have forefited ALL service (both in and out of warranty) from Apple. Apple will never again touch that phone. Take it to the same "shop" that repaired it before.

The way I did it was I got the free app sync:stream from the App Store and then added my ipod to my ps3's Bluetooth devices. Then went to audio settings and set output and input to 'Skaggs iPod' you then open the app and it will be listed under music as a media service. You then go to all tracks and click copy (press triangle) it will then begin to copy all of your songs onto your ps3 via Bluetooth. I haven't tried but I assume the same can be done with photos. Your iTunes account sounds like it does not have a credit card or payment attached to it. Even free apps require that you have entered payment information even though you won't be charged for the app.

Then if you have tried all the browsers try connecting the system to yoour router with an Ethernet cable and turn WiFi off. If you have the same problem then it more then likely after your computer, Router or modem or connection from your ISP.
If you get good browsing with the Ethernet cable then it is either the WiFi card in your Mac or the WiFi system in your router.
