I dropped my phone in a bucket of water. I dried it out in a tub of rice as told to do on the Internet , since then the camera or video won't work. I have rebooted to factory settings but nothing. Is there anything I can do?

No, since more than likely this was caused by water damage.
Apple offers an out of warranty or not covered by the warranty "repair" price that pays for an exchange at a significantly reduced price off the full retail sales price.

I somehow knocked my iphone 4s in the sink of water and everything seems to work except the camera. Is there a way to reinstall the software or does anyone know what I can do other than using phone protection insurance? All my pictures are there and they upload and share but just can't get the camera to take pictures.

The device is damage, it was dropped in water. You are lucky that the device works at all.

I dropped my iPhone 4 in the sink and pulled it out immediately but it had been completely submerged. I then shook all the water I could out and found that everything worked fine, except for the speakers. I now cannot place a phonecall or play any music with out headphones or a speaker. Also when I try upping the volume, it says headphones when the volume thing is displayed. Is there any way I can get my speakers to work again? I have my phone in a bowl of rice already.

You're lucky that's all that went wrong.
First thing is to immediately turn off the phone.
There is probably still water in the headphone connector causing a short.
To dry the phone place it in a bag of rice and leave it there sealed in the bag of rice for several day. Hopefully when you turn it back on the headphone connector will work as before.
Normally submergence in water destroys a phone.
If the phone does not return to proper working mode, make an appointment at an Apple Store to have the phone replaced for the out of warranty fee.

Updated my iPhone 5 to iOS7, now the camera doesn't work

Updated my iOS once the 7 was already available here in the Philippines. It was just last night when my camera both front and back started not working. Tried to reset the setting, and turned the phone on and off, even left it off the whole night to see if it would fix the problem. Unfortunately, it didn't work. Anybody having the same problem? And perhaps, anyone here know how to fix this.

Just a thought, maybe have her post explaining what the issues are.
It could be anything from Cellular data and/or Wi-FI being off, to a data plan issue, to the device needing a simple reset.
Without specifics of the problem and what may have been tried, it's a little difficult to offer suggestions.

The iTunes icon and cable means that it's gone into recovery mode - you will need to connect the phone to your computer's iTunes and you should be able to use that to reset the phone, and you can then restore/resync your content to it

You can try putting the iPod into Recovery Mode and restoring it:

There is no Apple here, this is a user to user forum. When you said you restored, then you restore as NEW?
If you restored as New and still the problem persiist, then it time to take a trip to the Apple store.

First, try to reset the phone by holding the sleep and home button for about 10sec, until the Apple logo comes back again. You will not lose data by resetting, but it can cure some glitches after installing new software or apps.
If this does not help, and to rule out a software issue, set it up as new device without using the latest backup, in case that backup contains corrupt data.
Is the camera working after that, restore from the backup. Is the camera still not working, this might be a hardware failure and you'll have to get the phone serviced by Apple:

Reset ( No Data will be Lost )
Press and Hold the Sleep/Wake Button and the Home Button at the Same Time...
Wait for the Apple logo to Appear...
Usually takes about 15 - 20 Seconds... ( But can take Longer...)
Release the Buttons...
If no joy... Try a Restore...

Dropped my phone in toilet, now the charger won't fit in the charger port...

I dropped my phone in the toilet yesterday, turned it off and put it in a bag of rice.
Today I turn it on, and there are multiple vertical lines on it and i can still use it, however I can't charger it because the charger port seems to have expanded so the hole is too small now for the charger part that plugs in..... Has anyone experienced this? I want to back up my phone before it dies and before I go get a new one.... Or can the phone store back up my phone another way?

Did you have to buy a whole new one or were you able to get an out-of-warranty replacement from Apple as Allan suggested? In other words, did you have to pay full price or did you pay just the lower out-of-warranty fee?
