I ended up with 2 iCloud accounts during iCloud set up. How do I consolidate to 1?

During the iCloud creation process, I somehow ended up with 2 iCloud accounts. 1 account for my iMac and another for my IOS devices. How do I point my iMac to the iCloud account created for my iOS devices?

On your iMac, click on the Apple icon in the menu bar, select "System Preferences", select "iCloud", select "Sing out" and then sign-in with the iOS account.

If your Mac is running OS X 10.7.5 or higher, you first have to go to System Preferences>iCloud, sign in with your Apple ID to create your account, then check Mail. This will automatically add an iCloud email account.
To transfer your AOL mail, you need to drag and drop them into the same folder in the iCloud account. If you have any folders in your AOL mail, you would need to create folders by the same name in the iCloud account, then open each folder, select all the mail in the folder and drag and drop them on the folder by the same name in your iCloud account. (To create a folder in the iCloud account, click the "+" at the bottom of your folder list, choose Create Mailbox, choose iCloud as the location and give it a name.)

If I opt out of migration, will I still end up with a Revel account?

I hit the opt out link, but it took me to the migration screen, so I'm not sure if I opted out or not. I have nothing in my photoshop.com account (I can't even remember how I got one), and I don't plan to use Revel since I don't use Apple products and my existing hosting site is quite a bit superior and 1/3 the cost. So I'm wondering if I will end up with an empty Revel account just like the empty Photoshop.com account I have now, which I'd rather not.

We are sorry you chose not to try Revel. You do realize that a premium account is not required, right? There is a free option that allows unlimited uploads for 30 days and then 50 per month from there on.
I realize that, but I'm not sure why I'd want it, even free. My existing hosting can host JPEGs, TIFFs, raw files, video files, pdfs, and even Microsoft Office files, and it's all customizable, easy to use and fast, and all controllable from any browser without need of any application at all. Revel seems to be using the nutty Apple-centric model of needing an application for everything, when the web was designed specifically so that anyone on any platform with a browser can use it, no special applications required. And I don't have any Apple equipment anyway.

Create a parent folder on your computer to store the named folders of photos that you want transferred to your iPhone. Under the Photos tab for your iPhone sync preferences with iTunes, select the parent folder. All named folders of photos within will be transferred to your iPhone as separate folders or albums.
Regarding your 2nd question, this should be easy. Your contacts should be available on your computer with or without an iPhone or any cell phone, which can be lost or stolen.
Although contacts are included with your iPhone's backup which is updated by iTunes as the first step during the iTunes sync process, not a good idea to depend on this either since the iPhone backup includes a significant amount of other data. Contacts are designed to be synced with a supported address book app on your computer. With Windoze, this can be with Outlook 2003, 2007, or 2010 along with syncing calendar events and notes, or with the address book app used by Outlook Express with XP and by Windows Mail with Vista and Windows 7 called Windows Contacts for syncing contacts only.

Content is permanently tied to the account it was acquired wtih.

Okay. here's the deal. First, I received the original Ipad for a birthday present. Now, I have the ipad 2 and my dad has my original ipad. We were able to delete all of the apps and reset most of the other items. However, I originally had the kindle app on there and when he is reinstalling it comes up with my kindle account. How do we change this? He does not have an actual kindle so I am not sure if he would be able to create one anyways. I just don't want it to keep on coming up with my account.

OPen teh Kindle app.
Tap the i at bottom right then Settings > Deregister this device.

The Kindle app is so you do not have to use a Kindle. Yes, he can have a Kindle account and not own an actual Kindle hardware device.

Music is designed to sync in one way only, and that is from iTunes to the phone. There is the expectation that you would backup the computer to save this data. There are 3rd party solutions to try and recover music from the phone to put back into a blank iTunes library.

Hi, go in Settings, under Videos turn off "Show all videos" this will remove the purchased videos to be displayed in the Video app. The same can be done with the music.
As for Step 5, connect you iPad and on the summary Tab, uncheck
"Sync only checked songs and videos". Then wait, it takes a while but this made it work for me after many restore attempts.
