I everyone! my Ipad was stolen, i had the find my Iphone instaled but he never find the ipad, how can i find him. Apple can find him by the serial number? the case is with the police, but they can´t do anyting...

Sorry, there is no way to track your phone. Call your carrier, & if they offer blacklisting, have them blacklist your phone.
Since you're running iOS 7.0. the phone is useless to anyone but you, as it cannot be re-activated without knowing your Apple ID/Password.

Welcome to the Apple community.
Unfortunately, you cannot do very much with your phone unless you get assistance from the previous owner, they should either provide you with the password to unlock it or remove their account from the phone entirely remotely through iCloud.com > Find My Phone.

If the contacts were in your iCloud account, all you need to do is login to that account and enable contact syncing on your phone. If the contacts were not in your iCloud account and were only in am "on my iPod" account, then unfortunately you will not be able to recover them.

In order for photos to be uploaded to iCloud your iPad has to be connected to wifi, have the camera app closed, and have at least 20% battery life remaining. If those 3 conditions were not met, the photos would not have been uploaded. I checked ICOUD & I found out that my IPAD was storage 1.43GB of 5 GB was available but the last update date was 7/31/2012 . Why the IPAD quite the backup at that date ? Did this mean I ran out of storage capacity?
In order to back up to iCoud, the iPad must be connected to wifi, your charger and have the screen locked. The best way to do this is to make sure it's connected to wifi when you go to bed at night, then connect it to your charger and lock the screen. Then it will back up every 24 hours. It's hard to say why your old iPad stopped backing up. If it wasn't connected to wifi and your charger, that would explain it. It's also possible that there was something corrupt in the backup which caused it to stop backing up. It's always a good idea to check occasionally to be sure your backup is current. If you go to Settings>iCloud>Storage & Backup, you can always see the last backup data/time at the very bottom under Back Up Now.

If content is erased, then the ipad will no longer have the Find My iPhone service turned on, hence can't be tracked. But the thief will not be able to view your data/apps. But thieves these days know about the service and can reset the device so that it is no longer tracked, although all data is erased anyway. They don't care about getting at your data, only about keeping the device to sell or use it as their own.

Launch iTunes, go to the Preferences, select Devices, and hover your cursor over the backup file for the iPod. That should show you the serial number, IMEI, and possibly the MEID.
The manufacturer ID will not help you locate the iPad, though. If you set up the Find My iPad service in the Settings prior to the iPad going missing, then there is a chance that can be tracked, though it depends on a number of factors (the iPad is turned on, connected to a WiFi or 3G network, and has not had the Find My iPad service disabled or the iPad been completely restored).
If you did not set up Find My iPad, then there is no way to track it. Contact the police and change any passwords for any online accounts you may have used from your iPad (the iTunes Store, for instance).

IPAD wasa stolen. It was the original version. Probably at least 3 years old. If synced with itunes would it have the serial number etc? If apps were bought through apple would they have original information such as serial number etc.

Unfortunately not, you can only try to locate it if Find My iPad was enabled on it and the iPad is currently connected to a network and the device hasn't already been wiped and/or Find My iPad disabled on it.
