I faced a problem since I have updated the Iphone version ......
I have Iphone 3GS, the vesion was 4.0.2 and I have updated it to the latest one witch is 4.3.3 using the I tunes, since that time I faced a problem with the battery charge, I noticed that it is dicresing rapidly without using the Iphone.
To solve the problem I:
1) Off the 3G.
2) Off the bluetooth.
3) Off the location service.
4) Off the Wi-Fi.
and still Iam facing the same problem with the battery charge.

Even with Iphone 5 and IOS8, the problem doesn't exist !Why would you expect it to work in 8.3, if it didn't work in a previous version? What troubleshooting have you done? Have you tried putting the car system into Pairing mode?

Since I have updated to Firefox version 5, I cannot use Firefox on my laptop as a normal user without Admin privilege. Whenever I try to run Firefox, the browser window just says connecting and hangs. It looks like it also uses all the CPU and stops all other processes on the computer. Even the computer clock stops working.
If I am logged into my laptop as Admin then Firefox works well as it used to with previous versions. I am using Windows XP service pack 3.Hi Tylerdowner -

I already tried a Reset, but all that did was lose all my settings , search engines etc. and one or two add-ons - as expected.
I also already tried updating my graphics driver - both manually, and with Windows Update (Automatic Updates is set to ON anyway, and I've checked the optional ones as well, and though there was nothing relevant there, I installed most of them anyway!) Apparently I'm using the most up-to-date and appropriate driver already!
Oh dear........
Going to try turning off hardware acceleration next.... -

I purchased an auto-renewing magazine subscription through a Newsstand app on my iPad. I have downloaded the iPhone version of that app. Can I now read the magazine on my iPhone, too, without having to purchase another subscription to the same magazine?
What does the description for the magazine and/or the magazine's website say ? Some allow you to download on more than one device, but some magazines/newspapers only allow you one download of each copy.

I have updated my iPhone 4 with itunes 10.5 and my phone has stopped working and it only comes up with an error message 1611 saying there is a hardware issue - yet all I did was plug it to my computer. When I record a video it goes and i will talk and yea... make a video... but then when I play it back the audio is always behind the video!!!! Is there any way to fix this. I'm using same apple id for my ipad & ipod but after start using the same apple id on my ipad, i can't update my free software downloaded on both, it's showing "YOU CAN NOT UPDATE THIS SOFTWARE SINCE YOU HAVE NOT OWNED THE MAJOR VERSION OF THIS SOFTWARE" so how i can update my softwares on ipad & ipod using the same apple id
I think the issue is that iTunes (for whatever reason) thinks I have two Apple ID's.
also, to further complicate the issue, when i try updating the apps from my iPod the iTunes store is still recognizing my old hotmail Apple ID. So when I go to enter my password it won't accept because it doesn't match with the old Apple ID, even though it is the same account (just new Apple ID name).
I have tried signing out within the App Store and re-signing in with my Apple ID but it still brings up my old Apple ID name when I try to update. -
i have the ipad 2 16gb 3g and wifi, i carried out the latest update and was at 64% battery it updated as normal no problems then i went to use it about 15 mins later to c my battery was at 2% and then it powered down!!!!!
i trid charging it and it came up sayin charged and displayed 2% then switch off and kept powering up and cutting out so i carried out the reset though itunes and it put software on to fix battery and powering up problems and now it turns on fine but still will not charge correctly (must also point out im using the correct charger from the wall and i have tried other chargers and cables which have made no difference)
this is really bugging me as my ipad is a great piece of kit and worked brilliantly until i have updated which begs the ?? why are apple releasing updates which inaffect have destroyed my ipad :-(There's a whole lot to read in your post, and frankly I have not read it all.

I have recently updated the iTunes in order to update both my iPhone and iPad to ISO5.0. unfortunately, after the updated, my iPhone is no longer playing any music. whenever i go to play music on my iPhone it just reverts back to the playlist or it keeps running through song to song. But still, no music is on.
I tried to re-sync the music library, error mesage prop up,
"The iPhone 'xfdsarw' could not be synced because the sync session failed to start"
I delete the iTunes and download it again. Then, I restore my iPhone to the version before ISO 5.0. After, I do the updated again. However, the problem still exists. What should I do? Please advise. I cant believe that iPhone cannot play iTunes!!!!
How come, apple acts like Microsoft? I saw this problem had existed in the developer stages back to the past summer. Then, you guys didnt fix it before the release of ISO 5.0. Hopeless. As being a life-long apple fan, I am so disappointed! Wordless ....My music can be played in my iMac and iPad itunes, but not my iPhone4.
i did what you have suggested to unsync the music and then re-sync again. should i try to cancel all the music in the library and then restore them again. can it work? i dont want to bet coz reloading so much music is very trouble. -

I've never come across your first problem on any of the Apple notebooks I currently own (or have owned in the past). Then again, perhaps I'm not looking close enough.
Have you compared it with any other 12" PowerBook? If not, perhaps you might be able to try that at a local store with units on display.
Otherwise you might want to give AppleCare a call. Alternatively, if you have an Apple Store or Apple Authorised Service Provider near you (I don't know where you are located) then you can take it in to be checked.
As for your second problem (uneven illumination), that has been known to afflict other notebooks. My own 15" PB has had its screen replaced on two occasions because of this. Depending on the severity, you might be able to get it replaced. Mine became so bad that the screen was effectively unusable.
To be honest, here in the UK, I would actually try for a replacement PowerBook - if the problems were severe enough and also because your PB is still very new. However the consumer laws in your country (wherever that may be) might be very different to mine. -
