I feel like I got ripped off from i tunes, i ordered three songs July 4th and only 2 and d1/2 came through.
The one I am missing totally is My Prayer with Josh Groban and Charlotte Church. I only have one minute of it and then it stops.
How cheap can a company be???

That should not be an issue, I have been taken advantage of and that is small on the part of APPLE not to resend it with no other beggin on my part.

My album i purchased a few months ago is not playing all the songs anymore. It will start off with one song playing and then sometimes not even half way it jumps to another song. I havent been on Itunes in awhile to mess with anything on that.

The album is Maroon 5 new cd. If anyone had problems with that. It is the only album that is not working right.

Also, make a backup to iTunes of the device. Then restore it as a new device. If you still have wi-fi greyed out, then contact Apple again, and explain that you believe you have a hardware issue. They may still ask for a $19 deposit, but if it is actually hardware related, then you won't be charged the $19. Only if it is software related do you get charged that $19.

Is there a way to turn bluetooth on/off with one click

I'd like to be able to turn bluetooth on and off directly from my home screen, instead of going thorugh settings>general>bluetooth>on/ff>pair device procudure. Is there a way to do that? If not, apple should definitely add it to iOS5, because bluetooth is such a battery, it would be nice to turn it off with one-click.

Problem with one song not matching (Led Zeppelin)

I own all the Led Zeppelin studio albums, which are all available in the iTunes store. Every song on these albums was matched, except Tangerine on the Led Zeppelin III album. Anyone else have this happen? It's just strange that it would happen with one song. I've seen a lot of people mention She Came In Through the Bathroom Window on the Beatles' Abbey Road album, and that one happened for me too. I don't get it! This is just strange.

The song that won't sync is probably unchecked. You can check/uncheck all displayed songs using ctrl-click on a checkbox, or if you want to find it then you can use some smart playlists. Create a smart playlist with the rule *Playlist is Music* and the option *Match only checked tracks* and call this playlist Checked. Now create a smart playlist matching all the rules *Playlist is Music* and *Playlist is not Checked* (if necessary clear the option to match checked tracks) and call this playlist Unchecked. All unchecked tracks will be here.
If that doesn't solve things then the other possibility that comes to mind is that you've created two library entries for the same physical file. In this case only one file is placed on the device during syncing. One way to narrow down the search for these entries is to hold down the shift key and then select *File... Display Exact Duplicates*. iTunes will display files with matching details, one pair of which could be the culprit. For each pair examine the Get Info. Summary tab to see if both have the same location. If so, delete one entry while not letting iTunes delete the underlying file so the other can remain connected.

Actually, Michael Jackson and Sony both own a share of the beatles catalog. Jackson did purchase the catalog back in the early 1980s, but when he went into debt some years ago, he leveraged a percentage of his stake against his debt, effectively giving Sony the power over that part of the catalog (as we know, this guy is always in debt).
What Sony really wants is to buy-out the remaining part of the catalog, which would get Jackson out of debt and back on easy street, but Jackson doesn't want to part with it, he feels it "has special meaning".
This has to be the only billionaire I know that is always in debt (well maybe Trump too). This guy had everything in the 1980s, and he let it slip away on account of his fascination with little boys.
The odd question I have is why couldn't McCartney and Ono put aside their differences early on and buy the catalog. They were in talks, but for some reason the talks broke down, who knows the whole truth. It would actually be nice for one of the actual band members to own their own music. What a change that would be.
Slowly, Apple Corps has regained their presence in control of the Beatles name, after starting out for a decade (or two) not really doing anything. Now they make tens of millions (maybe more) each year off the Beatles. This money should go into a fund to try to regain the rights to those songs.
Sony doesn't really like Apple, that's no secret. So if they ever do gain control of all the Beatles stuff, I think they will make it hard on our Apple to get those songs, and probably they won't be $0.99, I can almost bet on that.

OK so on Jan 27th I receive a text that I won a prize. I responded not knowing that it would cost me almost $60. When I questioned the charge with Verizon Wireless they said I had to pay it. When I called the numbers listed to cancel this FRAUD I reached CHINA and INDIA. Nice. So I have no recourse but to pay for something I never really wanted because I entered an authorize code. Once you enter they pass your cell # to other rip off artists and it you respond it will cost you $9.99 per text response. So beware. It sucks but it can happen so don't respond to any such texts.

Call Customer service and ask then to BLOCK Premium SMS services; that will prevent any future charges. And call again to see if you can get a more sympathetic rep that may credit you half the charges. Since you said you did enter an authorization code, though, that may not be a solution.

My phone was taken from me off the Edge and they won't give it back!

Back in September of 2013 I bought in to the Edge program when I was told I could cancel the line AND the phone at any time. I was told that I could return the phone AT ANY TIME (not just within the 14days) and everything would be cancelled. On March 10th I went into a corporate store and cancelled the line and returned the phone. The sales rep even analyzed the phone to make sure it was in good condition so he could cancel the edge contract. By the way the phone was an HTC one. So he told me I would see a charge on my phone bill for 24.99 every month but that I would also see a credit for 24.99 for several months until the contract ran out. I said ok. He took my phone. They seemed confused - he was asking the store manager for assistance. So 2 days later I call customer service to verify that everything had been done correctly. Customer Service informs me that the corporate store did not cancel the contract and that I had to go back to have them cancel it. My son goes in and gets them to do that. Great. So I get my bill and I'm still being charged for the phone. OK. I call customer service and they clarify that the phone is mine and I have to pay it out. No problem. I understand the contract requirements. Oh well right? NOOOOO! I go back to the corporate store to retrieve my HTC one phone and they tell me they don't have it anymore. Furthermore there is nothing they can do about it and I will continue to see the charge on my bill until I finish paying for the phone. I call corporate and speak to Antonio - a supervisor- and he informs me that I can go to the store and dispute it with the manager who just informed me he would not give me my phone back and that I would still have to pay for the device. REALLY? MOM: Go ask your dad DAD: Go ask you mom REALLY? They are blaming each other and no one is resolving THE PROBLEM. I don't care who is at fault...give me my phone back so I can see/use what I am paying for. I have 5 phones on my plan and have been with this company since Western Wireless, Cellular One, Alltel, and Verizon. No one had failed me til now. They keep referring to the 'NOTES' that everyone has been putting in the system. Some of it is true. Some of it is not. But they only go by what their people are noting. What about me? What about MY truth? I cannot believe what is happening. Just because you put people in those positions doesn't mean they are honest and capable. So now what?

I had the same thing happen to me recently. I went to Best Buy and did the Early Edge option to get an LG G3. Best Buy tells me I have to send my iPhone 5S to Verizon within 14 days to not get hit with a fee. I send in my iPhone after two days.
Fast forward a week and I decided I didn't want to have the extra monthly cost added to my bill. I call Verizon before I return anything, and they said "Oh when you return it you will go back to your normal 2 year contract and once we get the phone back you can go to a Verizon store and pick up a refurbished iPhone 5S". I return the phone to Best Buy and was fortunate enough to have an older work phone lying around to use while I go and pick up a replacement device.
NO SUCH LUCK. Verizon said that in the Edge agreement once I send the phone away they don't have to give you anything back even if you cancel it. How this is not considered robbery is beyond me. Also, how any lawyer or judge would agree that an agreement like that is legal is also beyond me. So Verizon pretty much took $400 from me.
The customer service rep actually said I could either buy a phone off eBay or re-join the Edge program. I respectfully told them I wasn't going to give Verizon any more of my money considering they just took $400 from me. It's sad that you get told one thing by Support, and then they screw you the next minute. Definitely canceling my service when I can and not recommending Verizon to anyone since they won't do the right thing.

TS1389 One of my purchased songs won't play. Every time I try to play the song it says to authorize my computer. I have repeatedly tried logging in to authorize this song and it isn't working. The problem is only happening with one song.

I purchased a bunch of songs last month and one song won't play. Every time I try to play it the window pops up to authorize my computer to play that particular purchase. I tried all of the suggestions that Itunes support send me to. Nothing has worked so far. The song is on my account as a purchased item along with the other items that I purchased the same day. My songs are coming up as their own album with one song in it, when they're ment to come up in one whole album. Anybody know how they can help?

Bombs Away, Example and Firebeatz are supposed to come up in an album, instead they go here, sort of forming their own album with only one song in it.

If this is happening in Album View, then try the following to get them to come up together. Each entry in the album will have to have the same "Album Artist," such as "Various Artists." Go into Songs view and sort by clicking on the Album heading. If that colum indicates something else, such as "Album by Artist" or "Album by Artist/Year," click the heading again until it indicates simply "Album." scroll until you find the Album then right click on the first entry and select "Get Info." Make sure you are looking at the Info tab, then enter whatever it is you want to appear as the "Album Artist." Mark and Copy the text you have entered there. Click on the Next button and repeat for each track by Pasting the entry you created into the Album Artist field for each track. When you reach the last track, click on O.K. Now when you go to Album view they should appear under the name you have provided, as well as under that name in Artist view.

Dear all: As a newbee of Paypal I really need your help. I bought several Italian train ticket but failed in Paypal with an amount of 171.20 Euro in 14 July, and the Trenitalia refund me right away. This amount of money doesn't show up immediately but I believe only 3-5 days in their terms of regulation written. So I pay another 5.6 Euro to a Rome Hostel as a deposit with the same account. But today, I got my Bank's mail telling me that I cannot pay the money as the reason of insufficient funds. Simultaneously I finally receive my refund in 24, July, but the amount is 160.
