Did the power adapter have adequate air circulation around it?
Power adapters do get warm, and if confined, get hot.

Prolonged heat exposure iPhone and its power adapter comply with applicable surface temperature standards and limits. However, even within these limits, sustained contact with warm surfaces for long periods of time may cause discomfort or injury. Use common sense to avoid situations where your skin is in contact with a device or its power adapter when it’s operating or plugged into a power source for long periods of time. For example, don’t sleep or place a device or power adapter under a blanket, pillow, or your body when it’s plugged into a power source. It’s important to keep iPhone and its power adapter in a well-ventilated area when using or charging them. Take special care if you have a physical condition that affects your ability to detect heat against the body.
(note this probably applies to any power adapter from any company)

rented gravity last night but fell asleep waiting for it to download. woke up this morning and cant find it anywhere. Have any ideas where to look?
What did you rent it on, a computer's iTunes or an iOS device ? If a computer's iTunes then it should have downloaded into the Movies part of your iTunes library (if you select that then is there a 'rentals' tab on it with that film in it ?) ; if you rented it on an iOS device then it should be in its Videos app.

This has just happened 2 days ago I would put my phone on charge then id take it off and my iPhone would turn off and say its not charged so I connected my iPhone to my laptop and reset it to a new iPhone ever sins I've done that its not turned off but now it's not charging went to bed with it at 40% now wake up and it's 60% , is there a problem with my phone

I woke up this morning and found my iPhone 4 is off condition, With the assumption that is needs to be charged, I tried to hook up for charging, I haven't succeed in this attempt, The phone is not getting started, even i charge it, Help me out.
Try a reset:
- hold the home button and sleep/wake button down at the same time for atleast 15 seconds
- if you see the Apple logo appear rlease both buttons
If that fails try charging the iPhone while plugged into the wall adaptor and also while plugged into the computer. Try cahrging both ways for atleast 15-20 minutes. Also while its plugged into the computer check and see if the computer or iTunes will recognise that the iPhone is connected. -

SO CRAPPY!!! SO FED UP WITH VERIZON!! WE ARE GETTING SCREWED OVER!! I am being charged for 3 GB that apparently Verizon hadn't caught up on that I had used!! The last night of my cycle I called and checked and I had .5 GB left and right before midnight when the cycle ended it caught up on 3 GB!! I now have to pay for this data I know I did not use! I never have my data on!! Now it says I used 7 GB last month!!!
Data usages are always estimated...I don't believe any carrier post data usage in real time. I've had my data increased due to a large chunk being unaccounted for at the time of my cycle. Thankfully when I'm billed for it...it has never pushed me over my limit.

my macbook air won't turn on.. last night it was still working properly... when i woke up this morning, i went to turn it on but it didn't respond..i tried plugging the charger and the lightning cord showed a green light which is normal when charging..i tried to open the macbook air again but nothing happened.. no fans, no chimes, no light in the laptop showed..what should i do? please help..thank you

A green light means that your battery is full or that it can't be detected. If you can't start up the Mac, probably your logic board or battery aren't working.
Take the MacBook to an Apple Store or reseller to get your battery or logic board replaced. If the MacBook is in warranty, this repair will be free -

I plugged my iPad in to charge last night. I plugged it into the wall and I have never had any problems. I have had this iPad for a little over a month. This morning, when I went to look something up, it wasn't responding. It won't turn on, I get nothing on the screen, and if I plug it in to charge, to the wall or my computer, nothing happens. Has anyone else had this issue? I can't think of what else to try or what to do next.
First thing to try is to reset your device. Press and hold the Home and Sleep buttons simultaneously until the Apple logo appears. Let go of the buttons and let the device restart. See if that fixes your problem.
If that doesn't help I suggest having a technician look at your iPad. Make an appointment at an Apple Store to have your device examined by a technician. Or contact Apple Support. -
