We are fellow users here on thee public forums, you're not talking to iTunes Support nor Apple.
If you don't know your security questions nor your rescue email address (you won't be view/change it add one until you can answer 2 of your questions) then you will need to contact iTunes Support / Apple to get the questions reset.
Contacting Apple about account security : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5699
When they've been reset you can then use the steps half-way down this page to view and/or change rescue email address for potential future use : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5312

Why does my app store keep saying that my security code is invalid when it's not??!!!!
Is the address on your iTunes account exactly the same (format and spacing etc) as on your credit card bill : http://support.apple.com/kb/TS1646 ? If it is then you could try what it says at the bottom of that page :
If the issue persists, contact your credit card company and verify that they and any company they use to process credit card authorizations have the correct information on file.

I cant install non apple approved programs cos the (see below);
"Open System Preferences > Security and Privacy > General, and choose "Anywhere" under "Allow applications downloaded from"
this function is stuck..... I cant unlock it even after inputting the correcct Admin password.....

when purchasing an app on the app store you need to answer your security question answers. i do not remember mine. i hit the button that says for them to email me to reset my answers. everytime i do that i never get the email. can somebody help me! please
Probably because the address you provided as a rescue email when setting up your account is not longer valid. Contact Support and ask for account security.

does anybody knows why my App store application disappeared from the applications and wrom the entire system after the 10.6.8 combo update?

No-one knows, beyond it showing that you've either some software/hardware issues, or just that things go wrong occasionally, & backups are useful to have.

follow R C -R's suggestion to get the install DVD's - and meantime, do take WZZZ's advice to reinstall the combo, it should provide a working copy of App Store, although you ought to run Software Update afterwards, and install this security update: http://support.apple.com/kb/DL1670 - even if Software Update doesn't mention it, since that also alters App Store. -

If that doesn't help, open the Finder. From the Finder menu bar click Go > Go to Folder
Type this exactly as you see it here:
~/Library/Caches/com.apple.appstore/Cache.db
Click Go
Move the Cache.db file to the Trash.
Now here:
~/Library/Preferences
Click Go
Move these files from the Preferences folder to the Trash.
com.apple.appstore.plist
com.apple.storeagent.pllist
Now here:
~/Library/Cookies
Click Go
Move the com.apple.appstore.plist file from the Cookies folder to the Trash.
Empty the Trash, try the App Store. -

Everyday I start download of xcode, at the end of day it archived several hundred MBs, but the next day the download start from 0 again, it took me two weeks and I'm still trapped in this!Quit the App Store if it's open.
Open System Preferences > Security & Privacy > General
Click the lock icon bottom left corner of the pane. You may be prompted for your admin password.
Select: Mac App Store and identified developers
Click the lock icon to prevent further changes.
Relaunch the App Store. From the App Store menu bar (top of your screen) click Store > Check for Unfinished Downnloads or follow the insstructions here > Mac App Store: How to resume interrupted downloads
If you still have problems ...
- Temporarily disable anti virus software if installed
- Apps such as Little Snitch, Net Nanny, and Hands Off can prevent apps from downloading
- Third party download managers are not compatible with the App Store. -

Make sure your Mac qualifies for Mountain Lion > Upgrade your Mac to OS X Mountain Lion.
If you have anti virus software installed, disable that before downloading apps.
Turn off the Firewall in System Preferences > Security (or Security & Privacy) > Firewall
Try deleting the cache, cookies, and preference files (plist) associated with the App Store.
Quit the App Store if it's open.
