But this doesn't appear.

You need to contact Apple. Click here, phone them, and ask for the Account Security team, or fill out and submit this form.

i forget Apple ID security questions and answers?

    Hello rafeek2010
From the article that you came from, you would need a rescue email address to send the reset security questions email. If you do not have that, then you will need to contact iTunes Store support for further assistance.

  • Forgotten security questions and answers :(

    Hello there,
i have a problem with my apple id. I forgot the security questions and answers. How can i have them again?
    Thanks,
    Alaa

    Hi Alaafromtx,
Thanks for using Apple Support Communities.  This article has information on what to do if you can't remember your security questions and answers:
Apple ID: All about Apple ID security questions
    http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5665
How can I reset my Apple ID security questions?
Sign in to My Apple ID (appleid.apple.com).
Select the Password and Security tab.
Answer your existing security question(s), then choose new questions and answers.
    Click Save.
What should I do if I don't remember the answers to my Apple ID security questions?
Try answering them at least once to see if you can get them right, even if you are not sure you remember the answers to your security questions. If you are confident you can't remember them, try one of the following:
If you have three security questions and a rescue email addresssign in to My Apple ID and select the Password and Security tab to send an email to your rescue email address to reset your security questions and answers.
If you have one security question and you know your Apple ID passwordsign in to My Apple ID and select the Password and Security tab to reset your security question.
If you have one security question, but don't remember your Apple ID passwordcontact Apple Support for assistance. Learn more about creating a temporary support PIN to help Apple confirm your identity when you contact Apple Support.
Note: If you have forgotten your password and answer your security questions incorrectly too many times in a row, you will be unable to try to answer your security questions for a period of time. During that time you will not be able to reset your password and will not have access to your account.
    Cheers,
    - Ari

  • HT5312 how to reset my security question and answer i have try everything  but can't get it don

how to reset my security question and answer i have try everything  but can't get it don?

    WHat have you tried ?
If you have a rescue email address (which is not the same thing as an alternate email address) set up on your account then you can try going to https://appleid.apple.com/ and click 'Manage your Apple ID' on the right-hand side of that page and log into your account. Then click on 'Password and Security' on the left-hand side of that page and on the right-hand side you might see an option to send security question reset info to your rescue email address.
If you don't have a rescue email address (you won't be able to add one until you can answer 2 of your questions) then see if this user tip helps : https://discussions.apple.com/docs/DOC-4551
e.g. you can try contacting iTunes Support : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Account Management , and then try Apple ID Account Security
or try ringing Apple in your country and ask to talk to the Accounts Security Team : http://support.apple.com/kb/HE57

  • Skipping security questions and answers

Since recently, my iPad (but also iTunes on my mac) asks me for security questions and answers when I try to download an app. How can I download apps without providing these questions and answers?

Thanks Michael, so it is possible without security questions. Unfortunately, I find the 2-stage verification even more worrying. I've accepted the situation as is and have picked three questions and have entered random data as answers to them.
To clarify my objections to these security questions:
These questions provide no additional benefit. I can pick a question and answer truthfully, but these are generally things others could find out (especially in targetted attacks, where the attacker tends to already know a bit about the victim - does anyone remember how Paris Hilton's T-Mobile account got accessed by attackers who knew her dog's name? (yes, that is an especially stupid example, but it shows the problem with these kinds of "security measures"))
Entering random data is already a lot better, however iTunes will simply show your (random) answer on screen instead of the regular dots you see when entering your password. Apple tells us to keep your passwords private and not share them with anyone (including family). If family is sitting next to you while you type your random data, they can easily read along.
As it stands, these security questions impose another hurdle for the user, not the attacker. Hence my attempt to circumvent this approach. I have a strong password and I have implemented safeguards to prevent forgetting it. The security questions do not improve my situation, they are an attempt at improving the situation of people that take security less seriously. These are the same people that provide all the answers to these security questions on their facebook (or whatnot) for all the world to see. Pointless.
(Note that the 2-stage verification is a better approach that solves the problems mentioned above. However, it comes with new downsides that I won't detail here as this is already way too long).
Anyway, thanks to all that responded. I have to say, suggestions of moving to another vendor seem somewhat ridiculous. That also means purchasing new devices when all I want to do is use my device (the device I've grown used to) as I have for quite some time. And there is no guarantee that such a new environment does not have similar stupid security measures in place.

  • How to reset Apple ID security questions and answers

when i create apple id ,i havent setup Apple ID security questions and answers
so now i can purchase the game item

How to reset your Apple ID security questions.
Go to appleid.apple.com, click on the blue button that says 'Manage Your Apple ID'.
Log in with your Apple ID and password. (If you have forgotten your Apple ID password, go to iforgot.apple.com first to reset your password with a password recovery email)
Go to the Password & Security section on the left side, and click on the link underneath the security questions that says 'Forgot your answers? Send reset security info email to [email]'.  This will generate an automated e-mail that will allow you to reset your security questions.
If that doesn't work, or  there is no rescue email link available, then click on 'Temporary Support PIN' that is in the bottom left side, and generate a 4-digit PIN for the Apple Account Security Advisor you will be contacting later.
    Next, go to https://getsupport.apple.com
(If you see a message that says 'There are no products registered to this Apple ID, simply click on 'See all products and services')
Choose 'More Products & Services', then 'Apple ID'.
    A new page will open.
Choose 'Other Apple ID Topics', then 'Forgotten Apple ID Security Questions'.
    Click the blue 'Continue' button.
Select the contact option that suits your needs best.

  • HT5312 I forgot security questions and answers.  Now security section has been locked.

I have not used my I tunes card.  I forgot my security questions and answers.  Now security section of my apple account has been locked.  How can I use my card?

If you've disabled your account then you might be able to re-enable it via this page : http://appleid.apple.com, then 'reset your password'
You might then need to log out of your account on your iPad by tapping on your id in Settings > iTunes & App Store and then log back in so as to 'refresh' the account on it
For your security questions, the HT5312 page that you posted from has instructions for how to reset them i.e. if you have a rescue email address (which is not the same thing as an alternate email address) on your account then steps 1 to 5 half-way down that page should give you a reset link.
If you don't have a rescue email address (you won't be able to add one until you can answer your questions) then you will need to contact Support in your country to get the questions reset.
Contacting Apple about account security : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5699 (you can also try this link if you can't get your account enabled via the above)
When they've been reset (and if you don't already have a rescue email address) you can then use the steps half-way down the HT5312 page that you posted from to add a rescue email address for potential future use
