You need to copy everything form your old computer, or your backup copy of your old computer to your new one.
The iphone is not a storage/backup device. it simply mirrors the selected content of the computer to which it is synced. -

You won't be able to change your rescue email address until you can answer your questions, if you can't get the password for that email account reset then you will need to contact Support in your country to get the questions reset.

I created a password using iChain whilst on a website where I have an account. For some reason, I needed to change the password and it seems that the website can only be accessed using the original chain password. Connect the iPad to a PC or Mac. Launch iTunes and restore the iPad back to factory/default settings. Sync whatever apps or anything else you have back onto the iPad.
Restoring the iPad wipes everything on the iPad. If you have anything important stored on the iPad only - documents for example - back them up first using iTunes or restore them using your iCloud Account.

Restart holding the Command and R keys, then from Utilities on the menu bar select Terminal. When the Terminal opens, type at the cursor EXACTLY:
resetpassword
and press Enter.
When the Reset Password window opens, select the drive then select the user account. Type a new password twice, leave the Hint blank, Save and accept the next dialog that opens. At the bottom of the Reset Password window agree to reset the user's home directory permissions,
