I forget the letter in keyboard to poweron!Help!!

I use MS-6529, and I setup the Keyboard PwoerOn Function, But now I forget the password!!!
I try to clear CMOS:jump JBAT1 1-2 to 2-3 for at least 1min,then return it to 1-2,all under power off.But it still can't start my machine.
Any one can help me,pls!!!

Was the power cord (AC power) removed when you cleared the CMOS?
It's important.
If it still doesn't help try removing the CMOS batery just to be sure.

G700 typing the letter 'Q' by itself.. help!

My G700 laptop suddenly started typing the letter 'Q' constanttly yesterday.
I removed the keyboard following the manual instrictions, blew some compressed air around the keys but this
hasn't worked.
The problem I have is I am running Windows 8.1 so I cannot even log in to the microsoft account page as the password field fills with 'Q' as soon as I boot up.
Please help me..

Is there a way to recover my tabs after using the Firefox "Forget the last" feature?

Hi,
So I'm a big dummy and used the "Forget the last" button on Firefox (I'm using version 34.0.5) without fully understanding what it does (note: I only selected it to forget the last five minutes, if that helps anything). It exited my session and restarted with a clean Firefox window, but now I can't access my tabs anymore. I've been reading some of the similar questions about recovering tabs and tried their solutions but this case seems to be different and so I am lost.
Here's what I did:
*Made sure that all file types were now visible
*Went to my Firefox profile folder and made a copy of everything as soon as I could
*Tried looking through the files that were there (the only relevant ones that seem to be there are recovery.bak and recovery.js)
*Couldn't find any useful information in these files. There was certainly no list of tabs for me to use
*Still haven't exited the Firefox session since it restarted and wiped away everything. I see that in some support tickets here that closing Firefox is necessary, but honestly right now I'm too nervous to try that
*Become increasingly frustrated, open a Mozilla support account and post this
I'm quite reliant on my tabs. Have I done something wrong here? Is there any way to restore them, or am I just screwed in this particular case? I made certain to look at this forum and do everything the solutions to similar problems said to do.
For what it's worth, Firefox has crashed a few times over the last week and had to start up again, so maybe that backed up a version somewhere? I would even be alright with a somewhat older version of tabs (I have some dating back to months ago and that contain information I would very much like to access again).
Any help would be very much appreciated, and I would be happy to provide more information if it's needed.

The sessionstore.js file only exists while Firefox is closed. During shutdown, Firefox writes out that file based (I think) on recovery.js as of that point. When Firefox starts back up again, it reads sessionstore.js and deletes it. So if Firefox is running, it's normal not to see sessionstore.js. Anyway, sessionstore.js is going to be empty now.
Shadow Explorer might already have done this for you, but just in case...
You could try the previous versions feature. This is harder to get to on Windows 8 and 8.1, but I have read about a roundabout way. I can't test this myself, but here's what you do:
Let's say you have a Windows Explorer window open to your current Firefox profile folder. This is something like (with your username and semi-random profile folder name):
C:\Users\''username''\AppData\Roaming\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\blahblah
Click in the address bar and change the C: to
\\localhost\c$
to yield (with your username and semi-random profile folder name)
\\localhost\c$\Users\''username''\AppData\Roaming\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\blahblah
Press Enter to reload the folder contents that way.
Now when you right-click recovery.js, recovery.bak, backup.js or sessionstore.js and choose Properties, there should be a Previous Versions tab. Usually the most recent previous version dates back to the last time Windows created a restore point (e.g., system update or possibly scheduled on a more frequent basis).

Now choose iTunes store security and answer the bullet questions and click continue.

Place the iPOd in recovery mode and then restore. For recovery mode:

What's wrong with the built-in keyboard on my macbook? The caps button does not work rite, no matter what letter button i push they all come out capitals and the number keys when pushed display the special characters instead of the numbers!

It seems it somehow got relocated to the "0" button because if you push and hold the zero button down the keyboard seems to operate normally, the number keys display numbers when pushed the letter keys display lower case when pushed but release the zero button and your back in the twilight zone!! Can anybody help me resolve this issue? one more thing im using an external usb keyboard right now and it seems to function properly if that helps any.

I am having some problem with the Apple Wireless Keyboard. It has not problem connecting to both my iPad mini / iPhone 4S.
The problem comes when I start to type with it. All the keys are functioning will, except when I am trying to capitalise the letter 'r'.
I tried using Shift + r. It doesn't work, regardless whether I use the left or right Shift key.
Any someone help please. Thank you.

If your Macbook is less than a year old, it is under warranty. A repair of of a problem of this kind would be free. So, if you have a warranty, have the problem fixed by Apple.
If your Macbook is more than one year old, please tell us what operating system you are running, and any other information that would help understand what is going on.
If you do get the keyboard to work for a short time, long enough to post back, please unlock the "caps lock" button.

I've been frustrated by my inability to type both the letter after b, as well as the upper-case "e." These are the ONLY two letters I (annot type.

When it first started, I'd type the C (A-HA!) button about 20 times before it would display one. Then I lost it completely. Now it's back. I have overcome this by finding a word that has both capital e and c in it, and pasting it into my document, and then deleting the extra letters... this is so stupid.

Have you called Apple? Or possibly taken the computer in to an Apple store? It sounds as though it needs service.

My Apple Wireless Keyboard keeps typing the letter x.

The wireless keyboard keeps on typing the letter x, so I tried to switch keyboards, which fixed it. The wireless keyboard has no exterior damage, but pressing the x key does absolutely nothing. I'm wondering how I can fix this problem.

My touchsmart 610 brings up the log in screen every time I hit the letter "l" on the keyboard.

See if this helps you out. First run your antivirus scan. If no viruses or malware are detectected then do a microsoft recovery to an earler point of time not a full recovery. If the back date recovery works then you know it was caused by a malware. Also check your computers update web-page for troubleshooting keyboard and updates. Most likely your keyboard went bad. Check your warranty status your computer may be covered. Contact HP Direct Support for key board and mouse replacement set. In the mean time use the on screen key board or if you have an extra USB key board use that instead. Until you receive your replacement or order one your self if need be. Here are the part numbers for Keyboard and mouse set. On right side of computer's update web-page you will see order parts for computer click it. This is the part numbers you will need.
