this is my aunt problem i want to help her
my aunt, she forgot all the information of her apple id
cause when her bought this iphone, her ex-boyfriend filled all the infornaton and didn't tell my aunt
now they broke-up for a long time and never have a chat or meet
what should she does?

So the ex boyfriend put in his AppleID and his password and his email address? What is you aunt trying to do with the phone now? How far is she getting? If the ex filled in all that information then the phone essentially belongs to him as far as proving identity to anybody.

Go to appleid.apple.com. From there, go to Manage Apple ID. Log in and go to Password and Security. When you get to the page about answering your security questions, click on the link for Forgot My Answers. That will send an email to the rescue email address on how to reset. If you did not provide a rescue email address then you will need to go to Express Lane Support https://expresslane.apple.com/GetproductgroupList.action for help.

I have backed up 3 apple phones to my itunes, how do i ensure all the information (photos, contacts etc) is available on my current iphone?

I have 4 iphones backed up on my itunes account.
How can I ensure that all the information is on my current version i.e. contact and photos etc, I seem to be missing bits and bobs and certain contacts seem to disappear when icloud in enabled.
Any ideas?

It should be like the very first time you synced your phone with I-Tunes. It will notice you haven't synced before and just copy everything from your phone into I-Tunes. It shouldn't delete anything from the phone, at least it never has for me. It just puts a copy of everything into I-Tunes and even if you delete an app for example from your phone and you decide you want it back later, you can just go back into I-Tunes and copy it back over. Hope this helps.

I forgot to mention that she has a PC at her house that she also syncs to. Would this cause a problem. I am already getting that pop up saying that the iPod is synced to another library (even though she is signed in with her Apple ID to iTunes) and gives the pop up to Cancel, Erase & Sync, or Transfer Purchases. My question arose because she clicked on "Erase & Sync" by mistake when she plugged the iPod to her PC the first time. When the iPod was purchased and setup, it was synced to my PC first. When she went home, she hooked it up to her PC and then she erased it by accident. I was able to restore all the missing stuff yesterday using my PC. However, even after doing that it still told me the next time I hooked it up last night that the iPod was currently synced with a different library. Hopefully, you can help me understand all this. She wants to sync her iPod and also backup her iPod at both places. Both PCs have been authorised. Thanks

I keep getting an invalid address when trying to purchase songs on itune. All the information entered is correct. I have tried on my iPhone, iPad, iTouch and on itunes.

THE FIX: your credit card address AND spelling of your name must match iTunes.
Please don't google or read other blog entries on the Internet telling you to use a restaurant address or those that are telling you apple is doing address validation. They are all written by 17 year olds who pick up the first thing and re-post. Why do people try to "help" by authoritatively posting an answer? The mass of them are ruining my google searches. :-)
Apple is now validating whatever ASCII that you told your credit card company. It's not just address validation.
Name AND address must match.
Then it worked for me.

I don't know about your camera roll, but for photostream just do this:
Go into Settings > iCloud > Delete Account and then sign back in using your Apple ID information.
Make sure to do the same thing with your iTunes and App Store options.
Settings > iTunes and App Store > Click Email and sign out, then sign back in.

I tried upgrading to leopard, even bought the software and brought it home but it wouldn't let me. So i went back to apple, gave them the specifications of the machine and been told my machine is simply too old for leopard. This is incredible to me because it really isn't THAT old (i think just a little over 6 years maybe) and yet i'm left out on the curb when it comes to using newer apple products. I understand technology moves on but the mindset that i am supposed to dump a perfectly working machine after a couple of years or face not being able to use any other apple product is counter to what thought apple was about.
