i forgot my password to my ipod touch and is says ipod disabled conect to itunes but i cant connect to it what is a another way that is easier.

Hello tonyv217, help is here front & center! To setup the alternative password, you will want to re-setup the fingerprint scan . Go to settings, Fingerprint, Fingerprint manager and replace the the finger print so that it asks for the alternative password upon setup. If you have a rescue email address (which is not the same thing as an alternate email address) set up on your account then you can try going to https://appleid.apple.com/ and click 'Manage your Apple ID' on the right-hand side of that page and log into your account. Then click on 'Password and Security' on the left-hand side of that page and on the right-hand side you might see an option to send security question reset info to your rescue email address.

its to slow to connect..so i decided to run for diagnostic to know y if i cant connect to itunes eventhough i have account..heres the result:
Connection attempt to Apple web site was unsuccessful.
Basic connection to the store failed.
Connection attempt to Gracenote server was successful.
iTunes has never successfully accessed the iTunes Store.

The backup does not include synced media like apps and music. You can redownload them by:
Downloading past purchases from the App Store, iBookstore, and iTunes Store
If you used PhotoStream get them from your stream. See:
