Hi, Greetings community of apple, my objection is that I forgot my id and password of apple to get into my computer, ie update my iphone 4s ios 8 and asks me password to my id apple, but I happen to create a very carelessly mail and password and register with my iphone, and tried to restore my email account and I can not reset my account and apple and less remember my secret questions because honestly I did not see the importance to create apple mail id, so I did carelessly, can you help me that I can do? We are fellow users here on these forums, you're not talking to iTunes Support nor Apple - I've asked the hosts to remove your iPod's serial number address from your post.
Only you can activate your iPod by typing in your id and password, or you can remove a device from your account via http://icloud.com . If you can't remember your account id then do you have any of its downloads on your computer's iTunes : Recovering a forgotten iTunes Store account name ? If not then you could try http://iforgot.apple.com . You can also reset your password via the 'iforgot' site, or you can contact Support in your country and they should be able to reset your password (as long as you can prove your id and that it's your account) : Apple ID: Contacting Apple for help with Apple ID account security

There is nothing you can do about but ask the seller for your money back. Without the previous owners applid password, you cannot activate and use that device - there is no way around that. iOS 7's Activation Lock needs to be disabled by the previous owner in order for you to use it - if they cannot (or willnot) produce the password to disable it, you have no options.
They can disable it remotely for you - see http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5661 but not if they do not remember their own password.

You cannot get around Activation Lock without the oringinal owner disassociating the iPad from their account.

Simple fact is, if she can't remember this info, you won't be able to re-activate the phone, it will be a useless for anything other than a paperweight. Called Activation Lock.
Apple can't/won't help you with this.

If you have Find My Phone turned on for hte iPhone, you must login to your iCloud account, click Find My Phone, and remove the iPhone from your devices. There is no other way to restore the iPhone while the Find My Phone is activated.

You need to ask Apple to reset your security questions; this can be done by clicking here and picking a method, or if your country isn't listed, filling out and submitting this form.
They wouldn't be security questions if they could be bypassed without Apple verifying your identity.
