I Forgot my creative cloud password?

I Forgot my creative cloud password? I need it to download ID, I have been given the hint, but i can't remember it. How do i reset the creative cloud password (not my adobe password I Know that). Thank you for your help.

    Making a new Apple ID is not a good idea, since you have to reset the password for that Apple ID anyway. All of your purchases are tied to the Apple ID that the iCloud account was created under. So, you have to retrieve the password for that Apple ID in order to sign into iCloud anyway.
    Go to Manage your Apple ID, and click on the Reset Password option (Apple - My Apple ID). Sign on with the Apple ID that the iCloud account was created under, and answer the security questions. If you do not remember the answers to the Security Questions, contact Apple Support to have them reset:

  • How can you reset your Creative Cloud password?

    So I forgot the password to my Creative Cloud account and whenever I try to sign into it so that I can update my photoshop it tells me that I have the wrong password. It's already shown me the hint but the hint not only has multiple answers to it but I've tried the one I know should have been the right one and it still won't sign in. Is there anyway that I can change this? Because I've only had photoshop for two months and I want to get all of my updates before my one year is over with. Please if anyone does know the answer please help! I want to be able to update my photoshop every time a new update comes out!

  • Creative Cloud password not recognized

    The Creative Cloud Application Manager icon in the top menu bar of my Mac disappeared. The old Adobe CS Update icon still existed, so I clicked on that. Up comes a message saying I have to update my Creative Cloud Application Manager, which then launches by itself. Unfortunately it no longer recognizes my password. So, I go to the Creative Cloud web page, try to log in and get the alert to change my password. Thinking this has something to do with the security breach, I create a new password and after the email confirmation I am able to log in. Great. Then I try to update the Creative Cloud Application Manager, but it still won't recognize my password. I've tried it multiple times, but no luck. What to do???

    Davidp158 the password being requested during the installation process is for an administrator account.  If you enter the same password that you use to log into your computer you should be able to proceed with the installation. 
    Once the installation is complete you will then be given the option to sign into your Creative Cloud Membership.

  • Photoshop BETA and Creative Cloud password incorrect?

    I downloaded the BETA of Photoshop, now I have purchased the Creative Cloud. When I launch Photoshop I am prompted to enter my user name and password, I know they are correct, but I get a message that says The password you entered does not match your Adobe ID, it then promts me to change my password. I logged out of the forums, logged back in using the same username and password and they are fine. Should I uninstall the Beta? The ap launcher says installation failed when I try to download Photoshop, although it did download Illustrator.

    I have had to re-set my Adobe password, and I think it works, since I am signed in here.  However, this password does not work with Creative Cloud (I don't use it to license software, only for software maintenance) and I do not see a way to re-set my CC password.  How do I re-set that password?

    A coworker of mine shared his Adobe Creative Cloud password and username with me so that I could download Adobe Premiere onto my own work computer to do some video editing projects. Before, I download this onto my computer, I want to make sure there are no legal problems in doing this.

  • Can't run Photoshop on win 7 64 bit - licensed creative cloud member

    Starting today I have been unable to run photoshop cs6 and can't find a work around.  I have logged into my creative cloud account and reviewed adobe forums for solutions.  Very, very frustrated with adobe licensing model.
    Message comes up indicating that I have "trial version" of software (I do not).  When I try to "license this version" I can only input a serial number - unable to input my creative cloud password. 
    Right now I am uninstalling photoshop and I will try re-installing using the adobe application manager - which I can sign into using creative cloud membership. 
    This sucks!

    Make sure to install the latest PS updates. There was a bug in the 13.1 update that got fixed in the immediately following 13.1.1 patch. Otehr than that going  back and reinstalling seems just as good...

  • Adobe Creative Cloud desktop app; proxy password

    Hi,
    We have some trouble with setting up Adobe Creative Cloud. Our department has an VIP portal on Adobe in which we can provide 'seats' to our users.
    Recently we have added an InDesign CC to an user. The user has already have the Adobe Creative Cloud desktop app downloaded and installed !, but is asked to fill in the Proxy Password (Windows).
    We have tried to use our credentials and the users' but it didn't help. Also we tried to remove opm.db file from the computer and re-open the desktop app. Didn't work either.
    Adobe Chat Support doesn't help either.
    Can anyone please help us to solve this, so that we can install the requested product for the user?

    I would like to know the exact error message when you sign in, in the meanwhile please try the following steps assuming its Windows, let me know if its a MAC:
    1) Go to Start button>> Control panel>> Uninstall a program.
    2) Check if you see Browser safeguard there, if yes then uninstall it.
    3) Open Internet explorer>> Tools>> Internet options>> Connections>> Lan Settings>> and it should be like this.

    I have just purchased Creative Cloud and downloaded the installer. When it ask for name and password I insert same name and pw used for purchase, this is my Adobe ID, but it is not being accepted. What else could it be looking for?

  • Signing into Creative Cloud on Windows 8.1 hangs after I enter my password?  I can't sign in, please help.

    On Windows 8.1 machine when I enter my password in for Creative Cloud Sign In and hit enter/next I just get the 4 square hour glass, it never goes through and I cannot even close the window without canceling it using the task manager.   This is my creative cloud subscription on my home computer I am having the problem with.  It may be related to one of these two following issues:
    1. Last week I got a new computer at work and had to reinstall creative cloud on it and deactivated all my computers in the process.  I was able to install and sign in fine at work. 
    2. On my home computer (Windows 8.1) which used to be fine until I deactivated it is the one on which I am having the problem signing in.  At home I also just installed a new router (Linksys AC1600) two days ago as my old one crapped out, so maybe that's my problem?  I'm not sure, but everything else on the Internet is working for me with the new router.
    Any suggestions would be appreciated.
