last day i formated my i phone 4 now i want my old apple id and i forgot my old apple id and passward and i want to start it with my new id can u please help me

If it's your icloud password then I don't know what you could do. The Apple ID password resetting system only works for the current one. If you remember the answers to the security question you set for your old, then it will work. However, if you don't what I suggest you do is delete your current icloud account and start fresh.
In perspective, a little time ago I had a similar problem with wanting to be able to use icloud but forgetting the password as well. To this day apple hasn't any solution for those of us who use multiple apple Ids.

I have tried to send a small video clip to the sender as attachment. i have done this before
with the same video same and same email account. This problem found just after installed the

Please follow these directions to delete the Mail "sandbox" folders. In OS X 10.9 there are two sandboxes, while in earlier versions there is only one.
Back up all data.
Triple-click anywhere in the line below on this page to select it:
~/Library/Containers/com.apple.mail
Right-click or control-click the highlighted line and select
Services ▹ Reveal
from the contextual menu.* A Finder window should open with a folder named "com.apple.mail" selected. If it does, move the selected folder — not just its contents — to the Desktop. Leave the Finder window open for now.
Log out and log back in. Launch Mail and test. If the problem is resolved, you may have to recreate some of your Mail settings. You can then delete the folder you moved and close the Finder window. If you still have the problem, quit Mail again and put the folder back where it was, overwriting the one that may have been created in its place. Repeat with this line:
~/Library/Containers/com.apple.MailServiceAgent
Caution: If you change any of the contents of the sandbox, but leave the folder itself in place, Mail may crash or not launch at all. Deleting the whole sandbox will cause it to be rebuilt automatically.

You should call back and specifically request Blackberry support. They should be able to give you your username. With your username you can retrieve your password via the BIS login page for your carrier.

If it says "Connected to idle instance.", try:

To change the iCloud ID you have to go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account, then sign back in with the new ID. (Deleting the account only deletes the account from the phone, not from iCloud.) If you simply changed the name of your ID, you can simply sign in with the new ID. However, if you are changing to a new ID, when you delete the account, choose Keep On My iPhone, then create a new account with your new ID, turn your iCloud data syncing back to On, and when prompted, choose Merge to upload the data to the new account.

It's a really bad idea to post your email address and IMEI number - it's an invitation to spam and a security risk - and I've asked the Hosts to remove them.
Are you saying that the phone is locked because the previous owner left his ID on it? If this is the case only he can unlock it, either by giving you the ID and password, or by removing it from his list of devices (see the page you came here from). If you cannot contact him and get him to do this you will be unable to use the phone.
Or are you saying that you locked it and have forgotten the ID? In that case please see

No. purchases are forever tied to the apple ID used to buy them. Delete them and buy your own copies.
