Hello, I need your help to restore my IPAD (4g - 32MG). I uptaded the IOS7 on my Ipad yesterday and I made a mistake of not writing down the passcode on a paper. After trying unsuccessfuly to have access to it, my IPAD was disabled. I went to the store I had bought my IPAD and a guy from Apple Store tried to help me. As I had never sync my IPAD with any PC before, he told me the only option was to restore my IPAD. But when he tried to restore it through ITunes on his computer, a message of error appeared and he could not do it. I have tried to download ITunes on my PC but apple support says that that is unable to run the Itunes and suggests me to unistall ITunes and try to isntall again. I have already tried three times and it didn't work...when I turn on my IPAD it shows an image asking to connect to Itunes and I can't get to ITunes. I do appreciate if somebody can help me to solve this problem. Thanks.
You will have to use recovery mode, losing all data.

Which operating system are you using?
Have you tried Help>Updates from within photoshop cs6 to get either camera raw 8.3 or 8.7.1, which should enable photoshop cs6 to open the canon 5D Mark III files.
(version of camera raw depends on your operating system)

Place the iOS device in Recovery Mode and then connect to your computer and restore via iTunes. The iPod will be erased.

If you restore from iCloud backup the apps will be automatically downloaded. If you restore from iTunes backup the apps and music have to be in the iTunes library since synced media like apps and music are not included in the backup of the iOS device that iTunes makes.

Have you been backing up to iCloud instead of to a computer's iTunes ? If it's now disabled then it's too late to take a backup now, you will need to reset it back to factory defaults to be able to use it : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1212

I downloaded pics to my pc and after all my music was gone from my phone . I have repeatedly tried to sync to my iTunes but it tells me it cannot be synced to my iPhone. What's going on? Any suggestions?
Yeah everything is gone for good. The apps won't be a problem. You can just redownload them. For the music find a program that copies the music from the iphone to the computer. Then add the files to itunes ans sync.

It keeps happening and is a real pain. I have the latest bversion of itunes.Experiencing a similar problem with Mac Pro Dual Quad for at least the last 4 or 5 months. iTunes crashes OS with all applications quickly becoming unresponsive and spinning ball displayed. No erratic behavior is seen before the spinning ball appears. Requires a manual power down and restart to clear. Frequently happens when I am managing my Podcasts, seemingly more frequent if the iPod is attached to the system. The computer is used for a wide range of photographic, audio, video and business applications without issues. Only when iTunes is running does the OS hang occur. Typically after restart, several of the last transactions performed in iTunes are not found and have to be done again. Problem occurred with later versions of Leopard and latest Snow Leopard OS. Curiously, no problem report window to report problem to Apple has ever appeared after experiencing the OS crash.

I have gotten results from, the down load will not start, to I get over 500MB of the 780MB than it stops and I lose it all. I have tried to do small blcks and pause, but whenever I pause the download it starts from the begining again. According to Itunes, my phone and Itunes are up to date. Does anyone have any ideas to help break up the download so I can get it in pieces and eventually have the full update to restore to?

I am not able to downgrade my storage. The process does not complete on the last page.
LONG STORY---It took 78min16sec but I did get my storage downgraded. I called 1-800-MY APPLE (1-800-692-7533). After 5 min I explained my issue (same as yours - couldn't get DONE to click) and they said they needed to transfer me to Apple Care. 15 minutes later Apple Care said they needed to transfer me to iTunes ETA 15 more minutes. W-A-Y more than 15 min later, the Apple Care person, who did check back with me throughout the wait time, handed me off to iTunes. Apple Care and iTunes had talked and iTunes had my problem in the process of being taken care of as we began talking. The people were all very nice, knowledgeable and helpful. It took a LONG time, but the problem is now solved. Actually iTunes said that my storage had already been downgraded. iTunes also processed a storage upgrade refund for me.
SHORT STORY - Phone 1-800-MY APPLE (1-800-692-7533) and ask to speak to an iTunes Store Support Advisor to downgrade your iCloud storage plan. -
I lost some of my purchased music. I read numerous support articles and it seems that the easiest solution is just to re-download those purchases to i-tunes on my pc. The problem is that the articles refer to a download button which I cannot find anywhere. BTW I am using the latest iTunes versin for Windows.

There are no 64-bit builds of Firefox made, only 32-bit currently. There are some 3rd party builds floating around out there, but Mozilla doesn't allow them to be named Firefox - they would be called Namoroka for 3.6 versions. Mozilla does have a Minefield 64-bit build for 4.0-pre versions, but it won't be available as Firefox until probably Firefox 5 is released.
