i forgot my security question and the mail they send for recue the awnsers are wrong, like my mail is [email protected] but they say they send to f・・・・・・・@live.com, first i thougt that was normal but the mail never come...... someone help me!

Call Apple for support. They have account security who can reset those security questions for you if you can verify the account over the phone... Once your security questions are reset you can go to appleid.apple.com and manage your account there! good luck!

It would go to a separate rescue email that is different than your Apple ID.
If you do not have a rescue email address (different from alternate email address) set up, you forgot it or no longer have it, then you will need to contact iTunes Support online: http://apple.com/emea/support/itunes/contact.html (select Account Security as your help topic) or by phone: Apple Support Numbers

Are you certain you already answered them in the past? Or is it asking you for the first time?
If it's the latter then simply answer the questions. Remember your answers.
If it's the former, and you don't remember your answers:
Go to https://appleid.apple.com
Click the blue "Manage Your Apple ID" button
Sign in with your Apple ID and password
Choose "Password and Security" from the left column
Choose "Reset your security information"
Confirm your identity by answering your existing security questions, if required (see below).
You may then choose new questions or change your existing answers. I recommend the option to create your own custom security question, since most of the other options are inane.
Important: On that page you may enter a "Rescue Email Address". That's important to have in the event you are unable to answer your existing questions in the future. If you forget the answers to your security questions, and without a "Rescue Email Address" your only recourse will be to contact iTunes Support via email. That will entail a couple of days of back-and-forth correspondence so that Apple can confirm you are really you.
Apple gets thousands of such emails every day so be patient.
If you haven't yet entered a "Rescue Email Address" do it now!
