I forgot my security question and when I click a reset to my email link the email doesn't show up not in my spam or junk folder anywhere, any help?

I want to make an in app purchase on a game but it asks for my security question (which I can't remember) I click on can't remember where it takes me to safari on Apple.com where I press send reset security question to my email I click it it says it has sent so I check my inbox and it's not there and it's not on my spam or junk mail. All help appreciated, thanks in advance!

Because Apple sends it to a Rescue Email address that you are supposed to setup or already have. In case of the latter you need to check the rescue email.

You've tried clicking the link again ? If you aren't receiving the email (you've checked the spam folder as well as the inbox on it ?) then you can contact iTunes Support / Apple to get the questions reset.

It would go to a separate rescue email that is different than your Apple ID.

I have downloaded Firefox 5 but am still am getting frequent remineders to upload ner security app. When I click all I get is about downloading the general program. I do not see anything for just updating security. What am I supposed to do?

I have downloaded Firefox 5 twice. Now I am getting an e-mail telling me to download the new security attachments. When I click it what I get is downloading Firefox 5. I do not not see anything about downloading a new attachment for security purposes. When I click downloading Firefox 5 I am told that I already have it. How do get just the security component.

Firefox does not send emails to users about anything. Who is the sender of that email? It's probably a scam. You have Firefox 4.0.1 as indicated in your System details. You might want to scan your Mac with anti-virus/spywares programs to make sure no malwares and/or spywares were installed. That could have explained why you received such email.
FYI, Even if your email has an attachment, you should never open it unless it's being sent from someone you know.
And are these reminders come in the form of emails or pop-ups? If they are emails, I'll report them as spams and delete them.

If you have a rescue email address (which is not the same thing as an alternate email address) set up on your account then you can try going to https://appleid.apple.com/ and click 'Manage your Apple ID' on the right-hand side of that page and log into your account. Then click on 'Password and Security' on the left-hand side of that page and on the right-hand side you might see an option to send security question reset info to your rescue email address.
