Do you have a rescue email set up? Then reset your security questions at iForgot:

    If all else fails:
    Go to: Apple Express Lane;
    Under Product Categories choose iTunes;
    Then choose iTunes Store;
    Then choose Account Management;
    Press Continue;
    Now choose iTunes Store Security and answer the bullet questions, then click Continue;
    Sign in with your Apple ID and press Continue;
    Under Contact Options fill out the information and advise iTunes that you would like your security/challenge questions reset;

    You should get a response within 24 hours by email.

    You need to ask Apple to reset your security questions; this can be done by phoning AppleCare and asking for the Account Security team, or clicking here and picking a method, or if your country isn't listed in either article, filling out and submitting this form.
    They wouldn't be security questions if they could be bypassed without Apple verifying your identity.

I don't know why Apple took off the option of "none" as a payment since not everyone puts in a credit card and people use iTunes gift cards. I think they just made that changed recently. Anyways, Ive just found out about this new issue also, so i don't know what you could do... maybe call apple support?

    As KP has pointed out, there actually aren't any anti-virus programs in the App Store. There are a few that allow you to scan e-mail or stuff like that, and a few that provide you with information about malware and new threats for other systems. But none are available that can scan your iOS device for malware, because the security restrictions in iOS do not permit any apps to have that kind of access to anything. Which means that you also cannot be infected with a virus (unless you have jailbroken your device).
    If your account got compromised, that had nothing whatsoever to do with your iPad. Someone simply hacked it remotely. Happens all the time. It's really amazing that, in this day and age, e-mail providers are so ignorant of technology and how their own systems get compromised that they would try to require you to run software that does not exist!

    You cannot return to previous state. The update re-locked the iPhone
    to the original carrier. You must contact the original carrier to see if
    they offer unlocking and if you qualify.
    What does it say when you look at Settings=>General=>Carrier?
    Be advised that if your iPhone had previously been hacked/modified/
    jailbroken to work with other than original carrier, it may be impossible
    for the original carrier to unlock it properly.

    I think 'o' is your payment method. In automatic payment program, ranking order you given payment method as 'o' and house bank. Check in FI12 for this house bank the gl account attached.

    A specification has not been made in the system as to which G/L account is to be posted to for the selected payment method and the specified bank details.
    Procedure
    Either specify a different payment method or a different bank if the entries were not correct. Otherwise, specify the G/L account for automatic payment transactions within bank selection customizing.

    This has to do with account dtermination in FBZP. Check if for payment method T and currency EUR, you have G/L account defined.

    Go to Settings>icloud, scroll to bottom of screen and tap Delete Account.  Then log in using a different ID.

    If your account is locked you cannot edit your personal information, make purchases, or access iCloud or MobileMe.

    You could go to the app store on your phone then tap on the update button bottom right then tap on purchases at the top and see what has been bought on your phone also you could goto itunes in you romputer and click on your account once itunes store has been selected from the left then click on account and enter your password and scroll down to Purchase history and click on "see all" and have a look at recent purchases

    When you say that your form was destroyed does this mean you no longer see your form in the myforms tab or that the data submitted to the form is missing. If it is missing submissions are they all gone or just some. Any additional information about your for and your submissions would be helpful in figuring out what has happened.
