Hi all, Thanks ahead of time for any help. I've been using sync now for a while and works great and on all my devices. Now my issue is that I forgot that the email I use for my sync now was deleted and I don't know how to change it. I did save all bookmarks and favorites but wanted to know if there was a simple way to change my sync now email address to another gmail email. Just don't want to lose anything in case I delete and then try to load my sync now recovery key doesn't work with new email.

Why do you need to access your email? To reset the password?
If you're trying to change the password, you don't need to go to your email. If you know the answers to your security questions, you can reset it without using an email, as explained in the first section of this article: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5787. I am keep getting this error "The disk is used for Time Machine Backup" when installing the new OSX Mountain Lion" when doing the upgrade to newly OS.

The folder would be at the root of your hard drive. Double-click Macintosh HD and look there.
If it isn’t there, I’m not sure what it is seeing.

I have three drives and I have connected each of them to my macbook pro, but I get an error, "Time Machine Error, The backup disk is not available" when I hit the time machine icon on the top of the screen and the "backup delayed" prompt. If I try Back up Now I get message, "Time Machine could not complete the backup. Back up disk is not available." I am trying to figure out what the time machine back up would actually look like as a file on the drives but I don't see a folder/file name Time Machine. If I enter Time Machine I can see in the far right column, in purple, the last back up date (Sept. 12, 2012), but when I hit it nothing happens. In the Time Machine preference box the select disk has, in red and to the right, "Delayed" with an "i" within a circle, and the option indicates, "Next backup: when disk is connected."
I know I have a years worth of backups on one of the three drives, but I can't figure out how the heck to find them or how to determine what was the last drive I used for the backups within Time Machine. Help please.

I was on my IPod and I was trying to buy this app, since I have money on my account and it said I needed to verify I was who I was and so I clicked "OK". It turns out I forgot the answers to my questions from when I made an account a few years ago, and when I made it, it never asked to give a rescue e-mail and so I am stuck and cannot use my account. So I was wondering if anyone has any answers to my question, or at least if there is a way I can transfer the money into a different account without the codes. Because I got the money for my birthday and such and I actually want to buy these apps, I feel so **** sreckless for loseing the paper I had it written on.

You need to ask Apple to reset your security questions; this can be done by clicking here and picking a method, or if your country isn't listed, filling out and submitting this form.
They wouldn't be security questions if they could be bypassed without Apple verifying your identity.

Setting up a new iCloud account is not necessary or recommended if you no longer have access to the old e-mail address. You can change your iCloud ID or Apple ID primary e-mail address by following the steps below.

The reset link will only show if you have a rescue email address on it - if you hadn't put one on your account (you won't be able to add one until you can answer your questions) then you will need to contact Support in your country to get the questions reset.

There is no workaround.

We purchased adobe acrobate pro 10 a couple of years ago. My secretary registered the software from her email address. She has since left the company and her address has been deleted. I have a new computer and can't download the software because the email address used for registration no longer valid! I have the serial numbers and license certificate. Can anyone help me.

I am not sure what your organization arrangements are but I would think you could recreate the email address so that it can be used. I know that I can create subaccounts for my own email service.
Aside from that, you might be able to download the trial version of the software directly thru the site linked below and then use your current serial number to activate it.
Be sure to follow the steps outlined in the Note: Very Important Instructions section on the download pages at this site and have cookies enabled in your browser or else the download will not work properly.
