No, Apple can't help. Just connect the iPod to your computer and restore via iTunes. If necessary, place the iPod in recovery mode. For that mode see:

Options for when an iOS device gets locked because of forgotten passcode:

In Firefox 3.6.10 I was able to go forward and backwards between pages without the page defaulting to the top of the page. Is there any way to prevent the page from automatically moving to the top when using the forwards and back buttons in Firefox Four?

I like to be able to navigate backwards and forwards without having to scroll down and find where I was previously. In Firefox Four, when using the forwards and back buttons, the page will automatically return to the top of the page. Yes by booting the system from either the OS X install DVD or from the Recovery HD partition and using Terminal to bring up the Reset Password system.

If you have a rescue email address (which is not the same thing as an alternate email address) set up on your account then you can try going to https://appleid.apple.com/ and click 'Manage your Apple ID' on the right-hand side of that page and log into your account. Then click on 'Password and Security' on the left-hand side of that page and on the right-hand side you might see an option to send security question reset info to your rescue email address.

Safari lion isn't loading images or some text. It doesn't even load any of the "iPod / iPad / Mac boxes on the apple page. Is there any way to fix it, or reinstall safari for lion?

I connected my macbook pro to my school network, with a proxy server, and when i got home, safari wouldnt load any images or certain text on any web page.
I removed the proxies from network settings, but it still hasnt done anything.
Is there a way i can reinstall safari for lion, i could only find it for snow leopard, and it wouldnt let me install that.
Any other way to fix it would be great too.

After moving to Lion, I can no longer print multiple different images on a single page as before when I select "copies per page". Is there any way to regain that ability?

In systems prior to "lion" when I wanted to select and print multiple different imagews per page, I could select the number I desired in "copies per page". Now when I select a number in "Copies per page", I get that number of a single image instead of 1 of each each different image. Is there a way around this?

Is there any way to reset the file type to "Adobe Acrobat Document" rather than "pdf file"?

An update from WordPerfect automatically installed Foxit on my computer without warning me. I uninstalled it and reinstalled CS5 and Acrobat 11 but when I look at a list of files in Windows Explorer, all of my PDF files are simply listed as "PDF file" rather than "Adobe Acrobat Document". I rely on the Adobe name to get my PDF listed at the top of list of files when I sort by document type for something that I need to do 4 or 5 times a day. Having it buried under "PDF" is causing lots of errors.
I've tried searching the registry but can't find anything that would make this change. I know it's related to the computer because when I use my laptop to view the same folder on the desktop, the laptop shows the files as "Adobe Acrobat Document". I just don't know where to look to fix this.
Any help would be very much appreciated.

I have already reinstalled both Adobe Reader and the full version of CS5 which includes Adobe Pro. Neither of those steps worked.
