I forgot the security code

HI everyone
I changed the security code of my 6300 mobile phone and till now i cant remember the code but i can remember my pin code and unfortunately my phone is locked now that means i cant reset the factory or somethin like that even i cant turn off the phone, can i unlock it or remove the security code without deleting the files because i have an old backup.
any help please,

I had the same problem with my classic. Im usually very good with codes etc. The code I used was one I have used on other phones for quite a few years. Ther is no way I could have forgotten it. I even have it written down on paper then suddenly one day it wasnt accepted !! So I know for a fact it must be a problem with the phone and no amount of trying numbers would fix it. In the end I trashed the phone. !! There was no way I was going to pay out good money to get Nokia fix it when it could happen again the next day! Its a matter of principal.

Yeah you Can restore it to the last backup you took on the computer if you didn't take any then restore it to facotry default

You will need to restore your device as New to remove a Restrictions passcode. Go through the normal process to restore your device, but when you see the options to restore as New or from a backup, be sure to choose New.
You can restore from a backup if you have one from BEFORE you set the restrictions passcode.

This thread is about password protection on memory cards and not security codes for phones. The default code for your phone is 12345. If you changed it but can;t remember it then you can have it reset at your local Nokia Care Point. Remember to bring proof of purchase with you.

Im am from Portugal i have a iphone5s and i found a promblem !when your Phone is locked the only way to unlock is by Touch ID or a 4 digit code right !! Wrong, if you enter the control center and Touch the clock next to the flash light then hold the off botton to turn off your Phone ,click on cancal then the home botten very quickly iOS will open with out any code or Touch ID !
This is a big problem for safety

Welcome to the Apple community.
If you are unable to remember your password, security questions, don’t have access to your rescue address or are unable to reset your password for whatever reason, your only option is to contact AppleCare, upon speaking to an operator you should explain that your problem is related to your Apple ID, this way you will not be charged for assistance, even if you don’t have an AppleCare plan.
The operator will take you through some steps you may have already tried, however they need to be sure they have exhausted all usual approaches before trying to reset your account, so you should try to be helpful and show patience with the procedure.
The operator will need to verify they are speaking to the account holder and may ask you some questions that only the account holder could know, and you will need to answer them if the process is to proceed.
Once the operator has verified your identity they will send a message through to your device which contains an alpha numeric code, which you will need to read back to them.
Once this has been completed they will send an email to your iCloud email address after a period of 24 hours, so you should check that mail is enabled in your devices iCloud settings.
Upon receipt of the email, use the reset link provided to reset your password, after which you should be able to make the adjustments to iCloud that you wish to do.

Safari can't display the security code

I was trying to charge my international calls account online but I noticed that Safari was unable to show the security code in the web site:

I couldn't get it to show up until I used a PC with Internet explorer.
I tried to fool the website by going to the "develope" menu and choosing IE 10 as a user agent but that didn't work.

Nokia default is 12345 unless changed by user but if forgotten you would need to visit Nokia Care facility with proof of purchase for it to be reset.

Another user had success doing the following:
I got some help from an apple assistant on the phone. It is kind of round about way to get in.
Here is what he said to do and it is working for me...
a. on the device that is asking you for the security questions go to "settings", > "store" >
      tap the Apple ID and choose view"Apple ID" and sign in.
b. Tap on payment information and add a credit/debit card of your preference then select
      "done", in the upper right corner
c. sign out and back into iTunes on the device by going to "settings"> "store" > tap the
      Apple ID and choose "sign-out" > Tap "sign -in" > "use existing Apple ID" and you
      should be asked to verify your security code for the credit /debit card and NOT the
      security questions.
d. At this time you can remove the card by going back in to edit the payment info and
      selecting "none" as the card type then saving the changes by selecting "done". You
      should now be able to use your iTunes store credit without answering the security
      questions.
It's working for me ...I just have to put in my 3 digit security pin from the credit card I am using.

It is not possible to detect or modify the code in use if you do not know it. It would be pointless having a code if people could do that!
If you have forgotten the code your only option is to get it reset at a nokia care point. They will need to see proof of ownership before they will carry out this procedure.

a factory reset in this case would not work becoz u still need the security code to get the reset done...if u dont know what the security code is then u wont be able to proceed with the reset
u will have to take the phone to a nokia care point for assistance from a technician - locations are found by clicking the "contact us" link
