I found Error in Statistics Express about the algorithm for mode

LabVIEW 7.1 was used. today I acquired a lot of data and analyzed using Statistics Express in LabVIEW 7.1, whereas the results of mode were not correct because I analyzed the data using both Excel and SPSS. so I think there must be something wrong with Statistics Express in LabVIEW 7.1. Attached is the data which mode is 57.24 by SPSS, but the result of Statistics Express showed the result of 32.608.

Hi,
I agree the 2 places of decimals is a cosmetic property and I have no issue with that....
I have my vi setup such that at one call it gets the mode of distances between points on lines. The second time I call the mode it is to get the mode of distances between another set of points. Two separate arrays in a fairly large program. I've attached a shortened sample hopefully the error still appears. Also I was wrong about wiring the intervals wire, this did not change anything.
If I run the 2nd mode operation on it's own without the previous call it works fine, only when there is a previous mode operation does it fail to "re-initialise" and returns the result of the first mode operation.
The only thing I can think of is that the first set of data has many different distances and gives a clear mode, whereas the second set has values approximately the same, with the odd multiple (ie 20,22,19,41,62,20,21,23). However, going against this is the Express Statistics vi which calculates the correct values in the Express Window (double clicking on it and selecting the statistics) but when wiring these to an indicator the result from the first mode operation is returned.
Any suggestions welcomed.

But SP doesn’t recognize “b2b”. is the the content or config db?

Your Syntax is bad. b2b should follow -inplace, it doesn't make sense anywhere else in the command. Have a look here for more detail:

In particular, I am analyzing the example "Even Angle Reference Signal Processing (Digital Tacho, DAQmx).vi", whose documentation I am reproducing in the following:
DESCRIPTIONS:
This VI demonstrates how to extract even angle reference signals and remove the slow-roll errors. It uses DAQmx VIs to acquire sound or vibration signals and a digital tachometer signal. This VI includes a two-step process: acquire data at low rotational speed to extract even angle reference; use the even angle reference to remove the errors in the vibration signal acquired at normal operation.
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Run the VI.
2. On the DAQ Configurations tab, specify the sample rate, samples per channel, device and channel configurations, and tachometer channel information.
NOTE: You need to use DSA PXI-447x/PXI-446x and PXI TIO device in a PXI chassis to run this example. The DSA device must be in slot 2 of the PXI chassis.
3. Switch to Extract Even Angle Reference tab. Specify the number of samples to acquire and the # of revs in reference which determines the number of samples in even angle reference. Click Start to take a one-shot data acquisition of the vibration and tachometer signals. After the acquisition, you can see the extracted even angle references in Even Angle Reference.

My question is: How is the synchronization produced at the time of the compensation ? How is it possible to eliminate the errors in a synchronized fashion with respect to the surface of the shaft bearing in mind that I am acquired data at a low rotation speed in order to get the "even angle reference" and then I use it to remove the errors in the vibration signal acquired at normal operation. In this application both operations are made in different acquisitions, therefore the reference of the correction signal is lost. Is it simply compensated without synchronizing ?
Our application is based on FPGA and we need to clarity those aspects before implementing the procedure.

Be sure to install the latest version of Safari (version 5.1.7) which is available via Software Update (in the Apple menu) if you have not already installed it. This update will automatically disable older versions of Flash when new versions are available, and will instruct you on how to install the latest version on your system. This should help keep your system safe from any vulnerabilities in Flash.
Note that this is only useful if you use Safari, though other browsers have their own update mechanisms you should research and enable or configure to your liking.

What is the algorithm for this?

I keep getting an error when I launch, about the registry setting being incorrect. I have reinstalled several times. Also when I try to burn a disc, it says No recorder found

I have created a program which:
opens a file
reads the records and massages the records
writes the records to a new file
Launches a program that uses the resultant file.
The program was written on Windows xp MCE using Visual Studio 10. The resulting program works fine.
I places The executable and the input file onto a flashdrive, and then tested it on other machines.
Two of the machines are both Win 7 Pro 64bit with .Net 4. On one machine it works great. On the other I get a "File not found" error when starting the second process. This is the failing code:
The problem is with the Shell command. When I rewrite it as:
it works on both machines
So my question is: Why does exactly the same code (The same flashdrive was used on both machines) work on one machine and not the other (when both machenes appear to be at the same level)?
In both cases I verify the file exists in the correct place before I try to start it.
Any help would be appreciated.

The use of F is just an example. I use:

However all of this is not the point. If:
My.Computer.FileSystem.FileExists(PTRName)
is true then the file is in the right place. Therefore:
Retval = Shell(PTRName,4)
must also work. However it does not on some machines.
Is the problem in .Net, VB or VS because it is not in my code.
I have also used a routine similar to you (in VB6) to find a particular volume, but used the volume label. That worked better in my case.

Hi, Ive been constantly getting "keychain not found" error messages ever since i updated to OS X and cant sync messages, facetime, calendars etc. i've tried keychain first aid and get this message:

Is there a login.keychain in /Users/username/Library/Keychains/? The message says not. If not, create a new one or restore the one residing in your bootable backup/clone or Time Machine backup.

About "the hospital for the error records"...

Hi folks,
I am new to ODI, and I am not buying the idea of "the hospital for the error records". In my personal opinion it introduces many complications. If some dimension records are "dirty" and we put them in the error table, then we are splitting the natural relation of the data, aren't we. The DWH data won't correspond to the source anymore, the dimension's data will be artificially split (the error records could apear on the next day), and we will need an additional process which should update the corresponding fact records on the next day (late arriving changes for the existing facts). Sounds much more complicated, than just to allow the ETL process to fail, fix the issue and start it again.
Experts, please, help with an opinion.

The whole "hospital" idea, is something, which makes the whole process more complicated, without clear benefits. I like the idea to have E$ tables, but just for debugging purposes, just to be able to identify quickly, what were the error rows, so I can do a investigation based on failed data. What, I don't like is the idea that we can EASILY reuse the error data to recover the DWH state later.
"Are you sure that you want to stop ALL your datawarehouse because the Address field is null?"Well, if during the analysis phase (especially, the data profiling step), we missed the fact that the address table could be null, then yes, I would like to stop the whole ETL, because this is situation, which has not been addressed correctly during the design of the ETL process.
A rithorical question: Are you going to keep recovering the null records after each run (even a "successfull" one), or you would fix the interface/mapping to allow nulls, which would be updated on subsequent runs naturally ?
What about more complicated error rows, like missing dimension key, which relates to many fact records ? Should we put the related fact records in their E$ table either. What if we have a snowflake design with many references to/from the error dimension records. Sounds too complicated for me.
I would just store the error rows, and stop the ETL. Note, that I allow for dellay, but don't publish any not consistent data in the DWH.

Error in SMW01:Allocation of the tax for country RO, sequence 1, value 0 no

Hi,
when materials are replicated we found a queue existing in SMQ1 and SMQ2.
When i have checked in SMW01 for the Log it showed me the error "Allocation of the tax for country RO, sequence 1, value 0 not possible"
Then i clicked on Show BDoc Message Ext.data It showed around 20 materials.I ahve checked the material in R3 there is no sales view for this material type itself.
i tried to replicate one of those material manually then it is replicated.
Can anyone guide me why system showed "Allocation of the tax for country RO, sequence 1, value 0 not possible" this message even there is no problem with material?
Is there any Trasaction to find the exact material which is creating problem?

Please exceute this txn and you would come to know the list of erroneous tax customizing.
Also,
in CRM table CRMC_TAX_MAP for country RO,check whether any records have been
maintained for Access Sequence (i.e LFDNR) 1.
                                                                                Please check the following customization in txn:SPRO.
CRM->Basic Functions->Taxes->Basic Settings->Tax Types and Tax Groups->
Assign Tax Groups to SAP ECC Tax Classifications (Product).
For example: If there are entries for Country RO for sequence 1 and
value 0 there must also be correpsonding entries in R/3 table MLAN and
vice versa.
Also,I kindly advice you to go through the documentaion of
"Assign Tax Groups to SAP ECC Tax Classifications (Product)" in CRM,
which is present in the above mentioned SPRO navigation.
Also,
*If you are not sure about the sequence of the taxes, you can check it
in SAP ECC, in Customizing for Sales and Distribution (SD), by choosing

Can Signal Express prompt the user for the next ascii file name?

I am using the following to collect data from Thermocouples and Strain Guages in our plant. It allows me to plt data every second, while recording only every 3 seconds to cut down the file size.

The problem is that I have to configure the save step as "overwrite once, then append" so I get a single file each time the project runs. How can I get Signal Express to either prompt the user for a new file name with each run or have the ascii file saved into the log directory for that run. As it stands now, the file gets overwritten with each new project run.

You can set signal express to increment the file being created each time. But if you are looking for 1 new file each time the project runs you will have to use LabVIEW as this advanced functionality is not available in Signal Express. If you need help getting this to work in LabVIEW or have any other questions please feel free to ask!

Question about the requirement for goods issue from a delivery (VOFM)

Now, with the routine above, it became possible to bill customers regardless of the credit usage.
However, when we try to ship (posting goods issue) the item for that maintenance contract, when the credit usage exceeds 100%, the system rejects it with the error message below.

Now, I want to set up the system, so that if the posting goods is for the item which satisfies the following condition,
the system would not reject the posting due to the error above.

I was able to solve the problem by setting up the credit check routine for delivery notes, and assign it for "No credit check" field
in the automatic credit control (OVA8).

I have a few questions about the warrenty for the iPhone 4

I just called technical support and they said since the vibrate on my phone is broken, they would send me a used phone, no cost to me. However, I have to send back my current phone and they said if they find out that I was the reason the phone is broken that they would have to charge me $300 for sending me the used one.
How could they know if it was my fault? As far as I know the vibrate just stopped working one day. What would have to be wrong with the phone for them to be positive that it was my fault? If they do come to the conclusion that it is my fault, how do they charge me? Can I cancel the order for the new one and just keep my old one?
My phone has minimal scratches on it, looks like it is practically brand new. If i receive the replacement phone tomorrow and change my mind, can I send it back with the prepaid label they send me?
Sure I would love a phone with vibrate in working condition but if it is going to cost me $300, I can deal without it.

@Dougnvic, no need to worry because I'm here to help! The vibrate function is very important especially when you're in a situation where you cannot have the ringer turned on.
If we replace your phone through the warranty you are only charged for the equipment if there is any damage on the phone. The normal wear and tare is expected and you will not be billed for the phone because of these scratches.
Once the phone is received it is inspected for any physical or liquid damage. If damage is found you are then billed for the phone and the charge will appear on your bill. You will also receive a text message advising you of the charge. Once you are billed the charge cannot be removed even if you return the replacement.
If you change your mind and do not want to have the phone replaced you can just return the replacement once you receive it and keep your current phone. Just use the prepaid return label that will be inside the box of the replacement.
If you are sure there hasn't been any damage then there is nothing to worry about. You will not be charged. You can also take the phone into a store and have a store representative take a look at the phone before you return it, if that makes you feel better.

I dont want to maintain the settlement rule for a higher level WBS. How can i configure this in such a way that i dont get the following error:" Maintain settlement rule of the sender" while doing CJ88. Maintaing a separate Settlement profile for a higher level WBS is an option but we are looking if something else could be done The problem is that there are no actuals booked against, say, level 2 WBS but when i execute CJ88, i get the aforesaid error. How can i ensure that only the lowest level WBS ask for the settlement rule and not the levels above it. I have already removed the Investment profile from the higher level WBS but still getting the same error.

It is a type Capex WBS and Biling element is not checked. In fact i get a warning while doing the settlement: WBS is neither a billing element nor an account assignment element.
Diagnosis
WBS element is not indicated as either an account assignment element or as a billing element in the master record.
System Response
The WBS element cannot be assigned to an account.
Procedure
Correct your entries or add the missing indicator to the master record for the WBS element.
But this is just a warning. On pressing enter i get the error :Maintain settlement rule of the sender "
