I found several charges on my bank account from Apple on App that is completely free. After calling the number showing on my bank statement there an automated answering that tells you to go to apple website!!! There is nobody to talk to!! Complete rip OFF
And now because I want to communicate with apple support I have to go through the hectic website and community support, this is ridiculous.
I have 5 iPhones in my account and this makes me reconsider upgrading to iPhones again.
Why Apple put a phone number in the bank transaction, if there is nobody to talk to!!!!!!
I hope someone from Apple support can answer my question.

Go to getsupport.apple.com. Or, call 1-800-MYAPPLE.
Just because an app is free to download doesn't mean that there aren't in-app purchases available.
Go to iTunes on your computer, log into the iTunes Store with your Apple ID & password, and check your purchase history. Be advised that all iTunes & App Store purchases are final.

Thank you very much for your answer! I have 2 Apple ID, and I have tried both of them and the problem continues. I founf several peolpe with the same problem in apple communities foruns and that really seems that there is some problem. I addded the links for 2 of those discussions.

You've checked the purchase history on your iTunes account ? If you log into your account on your computer's iTunes via the Store > View Account menu option, you should then see a Purchase History section with a 'see all' link to the right of it, click on that and you should then see a list of your purchases. On your iPad you can see the last 90 days purchases via http://reportaproblem.apple.com
If you don't recognise the charges, and nobody else has access to your account or devices and made them, then try contacting iTunes Support : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Purchases, Billing & Redemption

I am looking for a facility to load automaticly the customer bankaccounts deliverd in the electronic bank statement in the masterdata of the customer.
May be some one knows a userexit to facilitate this.
So, next to the reconcilliation of the open items the bankaccounts in the masterdata of the customer should be updated with the most recent values (table KNBK)

Add the account back to your phone and enable contacts syncing with the account and the contacts will reappear on your phone. If you want them in iCloud, you'll have to copy them to your iCloud account. If you need assistance doing this, reply back and I'll help you.

Not sure if this helps:-
The music files, were they bought from your iTunes account or did someone gift them to you after buying from the iTunes account? If they are yours you can download them again if you clear or de-authorise the ipod, it has to be done by whoever gave you the ipod to do this (the registered owner). If they were bought for you on another itunes account I don't think Apple let you use them as they are copyrighted and they don't belong to you, they belong to the person who bought them. If the music files where ripped from music cd's then click and drag them to a new folder on your desktop and have the person who gave you the ipod to de-authorise and unregister it. Then you re register it and put your files back from your desktop folder in your iTunes folder and synch. Hopefully that would work. Any files which you did not buy, I would not know how get around this, best bet is to take it to you nearest Apple Store and explain that they were gifted to you and ask how you can use them. The best way to gift music files is to buy the gift tokens and give these. Hope above helps.

Apple usually doesn't participate here, we're just users. Have you done a search for an app for Weather Emergency Alert in the app store? It certainly doesn't come built-in in the iphone.

If you mean your iPad got stepped on and the screen physically broke, I think it extremely unlikely that Apple will replace it again for free. They weren't obligated to do so the first time, as apparently they did, and almost certainly not going to do so twice.
Sorry, but I think you'll just have to live without your iPad until such time as you can save up enough money to pay for repairs. There are independent iPad repair services that may be able to replace the screen for less than Apple's replacement charge, though I can't say with certainty. Do a web search for "ipad repair".

Are these shown in the App Store's Updates page? If not, then you don't need them. You could download the full Mavericks installer application if you want to create a bootable USB flash drive installer or just to keep handy should you need it (store it in your Downloads folder.)
