Did you wipe the phone clean before giving it to her.

The storage space you have on your phone and the storage space you have available in your iCloud account are not the same thing. You need to remove some items from your phone, if you are to free up space to download items from iTunes.

You need to authorize the new computer that youre working with. First hover over the store button at the top of the screen and then select the authorize this computer button then a popup will appear where you have to put in your Apple ID and Password. Hopefully this works for you

There is no "trouble" as such, not in the sense that something is not working correctly. Safari is designed not to allow downloading of files except in very limited circumstances (PDFs and photos, I believe, are all that are allowed). If you want to download videos for your iPhone, either get them from the iTunes Store or download them on your computer and then sync them to your iPhone.
As to Bluetooth, again, there is no "trouble". iOS does not include the Bluetooth profiles for file transfer. Bluetooth on an iPhone is mostly for connection to Bluetooth headsets and car audio systems. See:

No, because you cannot go back to iOS 6 once you have upgraded the phone to iOS 7. It is not possible to downgrade.
There is nothing that you can do until you get in contact with your brother and get him to remove all his details from iCloud etc and then you will be able to activate it.
You have come up against the activation lock on the phone that is there to prevent theft - contact your brother and get him to remove his details and then you can use the phone, but until then you have a phone that you will not be able to use whatever you do and you cannot go back to iOS 6 - it is just not possible.

Problem downloading songs from iTunes to iPhone

I cannot download songs from iTunes into my iPhone. I was able to move about 10 songs but when I view them they are greyed out. I cannot manually move any songs. And if I attempt to drag and drop the iPhone will not accept them as the iPod will. Any suggestions? BTW I can move songs freely from iTunes to my iPod.

imho, the lack of manual music and video management
is a mistake. i've had 4 ipods over the years and have always used
manual mode. the playlist hack works okay
and is only mildly cumbersome.
however i tend to buy music from itunes both on my
imac at home and my pc at work. i've always simply
been to plug in my ipod to either computer and grab my
purchases, in either location. now, my iphone is "locked"
to my imac. i'm sure apple had a good reason to leave out
manual management, but i would suggest revisiting this
asap.

We have three computers in the house but I can't authorise my new MacbookPro for iTunes or homesharing because it says I have 5 computers authorised (I don't). I can't even get my music from the iTunes library on my old Macbook onto my new one, because it won't let me sync my iPhone 5 with my old Macbook, as I can't update the iTunes software. So I have a new MacbookPro and a new iPhone 5 and I can't get any of my music on either of them. I feel singularly depressed.

As you have more than 1 computer authorised then you should be able to log into your account on your computer's iTunes (Store > View My Account) and 'deauthorise all' (which you can do once every 12 months) and you can then authorise/reauthorise the computers that you still have and need : authorising and deauthorising.
