If you know the answers to your security questions then you can edit it - from http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5312 :
Navigate to appleid.apple.com using your web browser.
Click "Manage your account"
When prompted, sign in using your Apple ID and password.
Click Password & Security
You'll be asked to answer 2 of your 3 security questions before you can make any modifications. If you are unable to remember your answers, you can choose to send an email to your rescue email to reset your security questions.
After you've validated your identity by correctly answering your security questions, click Edit to the right of your rescue email address.
Once you've finished editing your rescue email address, click the Save button directly below the email field.
If you can't remember the answers then you will need to contact iTunes Support or Apple to get the questions reset.
e.g. you can try contacting iTunes Support : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Account Management , and then 'Forgotten Apple ID security questions'
or try ringing Apple in your country and ask to talk to the Accounts Security Team : http://support.apple.com/kb/HE57
When they've been reset you can then use those steps to correct your rescue email address for potential future use : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5312 . Or, if it's available in your country, you could change to 2-step verification : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5570

Welcome to the Apple community.
If you are unable to remember your password, security questions, don’t have access to your rescue address or are unable to reset your password for whatever reason, your only option is to contact Apple ID Support, upon speaking to an operator you should explain that your problem is related to your Apple ID, this way you will not be charged for assistance, even if you don’t have an AppleCare plan.
The operator will take you through some steps you may have already tried, however they need to be sure they have exhausted all usual approaches before trying to reset your account, so you should try to be helpful and show patience with the procedure.
The operator will need to verify they are speaking to the account holder and may ask you some questions that only the account holder could know, and you will need to answer them if the process is to proceed.
Once the operator has verified your identity they will send a message through to your device which contains an alpha numeric code, which you will need to read back to them.
Once this has been completed they will send an email to your iCloud email address after a period of 24 hours, so you should check that mail is enabled in your devices iCloud settings.
Upon receipt of the email, use the reset link provided to reset your password, after which you should be able to make the adjustments to iCloud that you wish to do.

Hi, one question & one suggestion...
What possible things are connected at home but not at the store, inlude every cable, etc.
One way to test is to Safe Boot from the HD, (holding Shift key down at bootup), run Disk Utility in Applications>Utilities, then highlight your drive, click on Repair Permissions, Test for problem in Safe Mode...
PS. Safe boot may stay on the gray radian for a long time, let it go, it's trying to repair the Hard Drive
Reboot, test again.
If it only does it in Regular Boot, then it could be some hardware problem like Video card, (Quartz is turned off in Safe Mode), or Airport, or some USB or Firewire device, or 3rd party add-on, Check System Preferences>Accounts>Login Items window to see if it or something relevant is listed.
Check the System Preferences>Other Row, for 3rd party Pref Panes.
Also look in these if they exist, some are invisible...

On the other hand: Did you purchase your product from these firms like Amazon? If yes, this is not a serial number, only a code with which you can request a serial number from Adobe. Please have a look at http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/global/find-serial-number.html. (Start here: How did you purchase your product?)
The following part, so I just see at least, ceased to exist on my Adobe website, everything takes place in the link from above. I leave it as an info yet, it might still fit for you. For this purpose, please click your way through to your Adobe Store and find the button "Get Serial Number". Fill in the form and after a while you will get the real serial number.

It sounds like you have the wrong printer selected.
When you get the Print window, pick another printer from your printer dropdown. You seem to have a fax printer selected instead of a physical printer.

Definitely works ok from pc.
Have deleted and re-established account a few times now but still the same.
I have actually given up and added gmail account which is working fine.
Sends and receives no problem.

We are not remote at all. Sitting in the fantastic Pavilion Hotel in Phnom Penh. Another couple here having trouble but not bigpond. Hotel staff have tried to help but to no avail.
Giving up and stick with gmail until we get home then start trying to get resolution.
Problem actually existed on a personal wi fi network in Melbourne before we left so I should have tried to resolve it then.

Well, at this point, since you're using Snow Leopard and I'm using Mountain Lion, I should probably bow out. It does sound like a number of folks saw this kind of thing in Mail under Snow Leopard back in 2009, but I don't know whether that was a bug or just an accumulation of lots of different issues with the same symptoms all in one place. Thank you- I have read through that thread and can see some resonance with my issue.
My AOL emails work VERY fast with BB, in fact almost simultaneously received on PC & Torch " ping ping!"
This issue only raised its ugly head when I had 2 Torches replaced by my insurers.
Whilst the claim was in process I used a new Curve, loaded from backup on PC to keep emails going and of course phone & web facilities. ( I use the BB to power internet via bluetooth to my PC / laptop when living on a remote island with no phone lines or power supplies) All was fine. Swapping email accounts took a few minutes with the usual password confirmations for each AOL screenname etc.
Then the new Torches came back from insurers, and I tried to swap devices. Phoning & texting is fine. Al data and contacts swap over fine.
SETUP email accounts.............stymied every time. It says repeatedly that my user name/password is invalid etc etc etc
Have tried security wipes. Have tried setting up new BB ID & passwords on PC website. All is OK until I try to setup emails on the Torches. This has used up ridiculous amounts of time- all wasted.
I love the BB phones and the fast email push......in fact I recently bought a new Sony Xperia Z1 but sent it back because of wifi coverage meant no emails on that superb phone for lots of the time.
Good old BB I said..........I always get emails wherever I am. ( Rural Scotland has very patchy radio & wifi coverage)
Was about to purchase new Z10s just to get a bigger screen, but now I am averse to buying ANY BB phone again because this present mess means I may never get emails set up again. How nuts is that?

Print problem with Yahoo email

Ever since upgrading to Safari Version 7.0.1 (9537.73.11), I have had several different problems with printing emails. For the time being, let me ask here about only my AT&T Yahoo mail.
Here is the description of the problem in Yahoo. When I pull down the “Actions” menu to “Print Message,” I get this dialog box:

There was a problem printing, most likely caused by a pop-up blocker. Please click Try Again.

So I click the button labeled “Try Again,” and Safari opens the email in a new window with a “Print” tool in the upper left corner.
I click the “Print” tool. With multi-page emails, I like printing on both sides. I choose either,
Print Two-sided, or
Print either odd or even pages.
With the former option Safari prints one page of the email and stalls. With the latter Safari prints the whole series of selected pages and stalls. My printer (HP LaserJet Professional P1102w) refuses to print any more pages. I have to go into my printer’s application and stop the print job. Then I have to turn off the printer, wait a while for the machine to re-set, and turn it back on. Then I can print the remaining page or pages.
That’s inefficient. Is there some remedy to get Safari to print emails in Yahoo straight through?

Problems like that with Firefox printing look like they are fixed in Firefox 4.

E72-can't get a list of suggested email addresses

Hello Nokia Support,
Since I upgraded to firmware 22.007 I can't get a list of suggested email addresses in the "TO" field from my contacts addressbook.
I've tried to hard reset, and also tried to overwriting of the firmware at the dealer but no help!
Also tried to erase my account at email.nokia.com
I use Nokia Massaging and NOT exchange.
My mailbox is Gmail.

Getting to first and last email quickly

Sometimes i pick up my blackberry and find that my mailbox is showing emails or texts that i got 6 months ago. i then spend 15 minutes scrolling with my trackball to get to the current day's messages. Since there must be some button which automatically gets to my oldest email, what can i do to get to my most recent email without scrolling for a long time. Thanks

I figured out my own answer and thought I would post in case anyone else has this problem. When looking at stored emails, I can hit T to go to the top of the list(or most recent email) Imust be hitting B which automatically goes to the bottom of the list(or oldest email) Thank you to me for my help.

Problem syncing IMAP emails?

I don't know what I did but ever since yesterday my IMAP won't sync on my MacBook Pro and iPhone. The symptoms are as follows...
1) Email just keeps coming into the Inbox on my iPhone. At present it's showing 24 new mails, and growing. I am reading these emails on my MacBook Pro but they are not being marked as 'Read' on the iPhone. Also, if I go in and read them on the iPhone (just to get rid of the 'new mail' indicators), the next time I connect over Edge, 3G or whatever they all just revert back to unread? It's really annoying.
2) If I move older emails out of my Inbox and into my archived folders 'On my Mac', they just get downloaded again into Apple Mail when I do send/receive. Apple mail is not communicating with my server and removing these messages from my Inbox on the server.
3) I can't send email at all (unless I'm on my home WiFi). I keep getting an error "Can't send email. One of the recipients addresses was invalid." The addresses are always fine so I don't know why I'm getting this error.
This sounds like and Apple Mail problem to me. Or am I wrong, is it to do with my email provider?
I've just spent the last few hours removing apps from my iPhone as the 'Back-up' was taking over an hour before each sync. Now I get this problem. It's really bugging me. As an Apple user for over 10 years I'm getting really frustrated with all these glitches that keep appearing these days.

Are you SURE that you are setting up your email account on your iPhone using the IMAP protocol?
It sounds like you used POP!
Also, Re 3: Have you got your service provider's SMTP server correct?
If I use my service provider to send email, I need to use smtp.sp.com, while at home (via wifi) I need to use that service provider's SMTP server -- smtp.zzz.com!
So what I did was to use a SMTP server that you need to authenticate through before you can send email - which works on EVERY network in the world!!!

Get Mail Problem

Just today, I realized that I was not getting email. After fiddling with it a bit, I realized that If I quit the mail app and open it again, it will trigger a request to get my mail and a bunch of messages will come in. I have tried hitting the Get Mail button and that does not cause me to get mail.
This problem occurs on my work mail account. I went to a PC to look at my work mail and had no problem with new messages coming through automatically as they should.
I also have my home Mac Mail account on my Mac mail application program as a separate account. That mail does come through automatically.
Has anyone had this sort of problem and know of a solution.

Send Apple feedback. They won't answer, but at least will know there is a problem. If enough people send feedback, it may get the problem solved sooner.
