That account is offline. Click on the squiggle, it should go online or ask for the account's password.

Are you running modified software on your phone? This error seems to be common if the firmware has been modified and you're trying to restore the phone again.

I tried to type in details but unable to do so. we lived in a gated apt buildings in Hi with 24-hour security guards and cameras. This false sense of security led us to foolishly leave the computer on all the time, not log off even when out shopping. Never expect people would open our locks (three locks) and walked into our apt while we were out. We have dishes, clothes and corning vision cookwares missing. We have all our important docs including computer serial numbers. We noticed our computer not respond and files and applications move around. We know they are not done by themselves and looked into console log list. The person who remotely logs or links with our computer thought that we are old folks and knew little about how to discover their act. Tried many times to get rid of it but was not successful. Finally today we hauled our imac to the apple store and explained the need to get rid of remote desktop. All went well and we thought our computer is at a factory installed state. We forgot to start firewall, probably did not disconnect third party help status (apple store third party). Forgot to write down cable provider IP and resulted in using wi fi. Look into system log list and other diagnostics messages and found an mac book pro and went back to see if I can write down the entire message but this time it went blank. system log blank, library logs blank and /var/logs blank and so is user log. Activity monitor froze would not open. We had it clean up in apple store today november 18, 2013. We have an Imac and don't know anyone who owns mac book pro with log message dated on oct 22. The question is how it still hangs around after reset at the apple store and how to get rid of it and if it is possible? greatly appreciated.
The Terminal is letting you type it in. It just doesn't display anything when you do.

First of all, I would have to say that getting in touch with you is a nightmare and I am not at all happy that I can't just email or live chat with someone who can help! I am not a technical person, I just want to be able to use Photoshop Elements and get on with it. I bought Photoshop Elements via Amazon some months ago and it worked fine. I then got a message that advised that the trial version would expire, which it subsequently has (I have been trawling your site for weeks and weeks trying to find an email or phone contact to get some assistance). Relucltantly, I am now typing this - and I suspect it will not help in the slightest! I bought the FULL not TRIAL edition of Photoshop Elements and I have contacted Amazon who confirmed this, but say I need to contact you. Can you please let me know how I can resolve this? Hi there!
Yes, same problem too; I've already sent an email to apple support and just received a very vague and unpractical response with "call apple support in your country" as main advice. I've obviously emailed back stating that I need a clearer response and I don not have any intention to spend money calling for support when updates is a free tool. I do also believe this is a probem generated on Apple's end, I just wish they learned to say "sorry, it's us; working on it!"

You got ripped off. You bought a hacked/jailbroken phone. That's what error 1015 means. Return it and get your money back if possible and buy a phone from a legitimate source.
Discussing jailbroken / hacked phones is forbidden by the terms of service. Jailbreaking / hacking voids any warranty and forfeits your right to support here or from Apple. You can not get help here. -
