I get a system fault when connecting a mouse

I have tryied to pug in several mouses to my MacBook, and always I get a system fault that forces me to re-start my lap. Does someone knows about this issue?

keeferaf I can't seem to send you a reply so I am replying to myself. The error I get is;
An unknown error occurred (-42110)
Since I relaunched iTunes, it has downloaded 1 of the 2 tracks missing from my iTunes purchase, so I still have 1 track missing.
Any advice welcome!

The above is a new development. Have had my 2nd Gen iPod Nano for about 3 months with no hitches. Now, however, my system freezes when connecting my iPod for update. The only new bit of software I have downloaded was virus free (according to Norton) and is now uninstalled, anyhow. Still, my machine does not give me the little "ping" of recognition when I connect my device -- instead, it freezes. Any takers?

Well, I forgot to de-authorize my machine when I was upgrading to Vista, and remembered only after I was done.
Now I have two computers authorized under my account (although they are the same machine).
Speaking of which, any idea how I ought to de-authorize the non-existant computer?

I am getting "Fatal Error: null" when connection to P6v8.3.2 DB using P6 Integration API

I am getting "Fatal Error: null" when connection to P6v8.3.2 DB using P6 Integration API.
I can connect via P6 client using admin account but cannot connect using P6 API. If I provide invalid credentials it says that the credentials are incorrect. When correct credentials are provided, it comes up with the above error.
Stacktrace is atteched.
Please assist.

In the absence of sample code it is difficult to identify the cause. If that is not possible, you can try logging SR with Oracle support.

Did you respond to the verification email from Apple by clicking the Verify Now link? Make sure you are checking the email address you used to set up your iCloud account. Check the spam/junk folder as well as the inbox. If it isn't there, go to https://appleid.apple.com, click Manage your Apple ID, sign in, click on Name, ID and Email addresses on the left, then to the right click Resend under your Primary Email Address to resend the verification email.

Segmentation Fault when connecting to SQL*Plus from Applications tier

Hi Everyone -
I am currently in the process of upgrading a client from 11.5.10.2 to 12.1.1 (eventually 12.1.3) on a OEL x86-64 server. I have laid down the software stack and followed all of the requirements as per the Installation manuals and 761566.1. I also have an open SR right now on this issue - but I wanted to see if any of you have ever run into the issue that I am encountering.
When I try to run adadmin/adpatch - I get to the prompt of providing the system user password and the utility simply exits. No errors in adpatch.log or adadmin.log (both are 0 bytes in size).
When I try to connect using SQL*Plus from the applications tier using either:
sqlplus apps/****@SID
sqlplus system/****@SID
I get a Segmentation Fault error. There are also no errors in my alert log file on the database tier. I found this error while attempting to apply the upgrade merge patch.
Has anyone ever seen s Segmentation Fault error? I have search MOS, found a couple of potential solutions - but nothing has solved the issue so far.

No, my database tier is 11.2.0.3 (the database version displayed above was the client version running on the Application Tier.
Who is the owner of the application tier files? If it is applmgr user, please make sure you login as that user and source the application env file before running sqlplus -- Please issue "echo $ORACLE_HOME" and "which sqlplus" and post the output here.
My owner of the application tier is oracle. I have sourced the environment using $APPL_TOP/APPSR12Dev1_******.env

If you're positive you have the correct cables, and positive they work, they must be plugged into an input on the TV made for that purpose, then that input must be selected on the TV's menu.

Getting null pointer exception when connecting to 10.2.0.4

We just had some of our Oracle databases upgraded to 10.2.0.4 from 10.2.0.3. Now, I get a 'null' response with a Java stack trace. I can work with the 10.2.0.3 databases fine, it's the 10.2.0.4 databases that error when trying to open the connection. I changed the properties from network alias (10.2 client installed) to Connection Identifier and it seemed to work. The below error is what I'm getting. Just an inconvenience... does anyone know what the cause of this could be?

The error you got seems to occur because you probably type blank spaces for the password.
If you change with a valid logon that should work!!!

Help please, system crash when connecting new iPod

I just got a new iPod Classic 160 GB. I connected it to my computer by the USB, and it said I needed the newest version of iTunes. I downloaded from iTunes the lastest 7.4.3.1 today. I first installed it and tried to use it without success. I then uninstalled all iPod and iTunes programs, updated and ran Spybot, and updated and ran Virusscan. My computer is now totally clean. I then re-installed iTunes, but I am having the same problem. When I plug my iPod into the computer, the screen goes temporarily black, and then I get a blue screen error code Stop: 0x0000007E (0xC0000005, 0xF787D9B6, 0xF30BC6CC, 0xF30BC3C8).

Getting this weird message when connecting to itunes w/my 5th G Ipod Video

Hi was wondering if anyone has encountered this. I just purchased this ned 5G Ipod video connected to my itunes 7.0.1 and worked fine. While I am downloading video podcasts I got this error saying that Itunes has detected and ipod in recovery mode and that I have to restore before I can use Itunes. I did and it reset and I still get the same error message. I tried the 5RS and they do not seem to work either. Any ideas?

Already did at least 5 times.I also folowed the video link you sent me (thank you) and noticed that instructions are different for windows OS!! For windows I am actually instructed to keep the ipod connected until it shows up on itunes. This is when I get the same error I got prior to restoring (ipod in recovery mode). When I press ok it says do not disconnect on the Ipod display.
BTW I cannot see my ipod in my computer either.

Since this morning I have been getting this error when I try to login to Hyperion: "The RPC server is unavailable"
Strangely, I can access the network drive and even pull Hyperion information through the excel add-in but cannot login through the 32bit client.

I cannot get past Gateway PING when connecting Samsung BD player to Internet via Airport Extreme?

I have now been trying for 2 days to get my Samsung 3d BD Player to connect to my wireless iinternet (via VIVID WIRELSS) in Australia. I am using an Airport Extreme Base Station WIRED to the BD Player and wirelessly connecting to the WiFi. The Network Test shows Ok for MAC and IP, Gatewy, DNS etc... but wont get to the Internet test because it stalls at Gateway Ping. I have tried all of the various setup changes - Auto, manual, changing the adresses but noting works. Sometimes it takes longer to fail the Gateway Ping (when I put in the WAN settings as opposed to the LAN settings but none work.I know I have the correct info in my WiFi setup with the password and security etc... Is this just an incompatibility between Samsung and Apple? It worked fine with my Pioneer player and also my Panasonic Player? Any help gratefully accepted!!!

I assume that these results are coming from the Samsung BD player's network administration interface ... correct?
When configured to join another wireless network, the Extreme is also reconfigured as a bridge. That means all IP address information must come from the upstream router that is providing DHCP server services ... so the Samsung is actually testing the upstream router's connectivity to the Internet, not the Extreme's.
I am venturing to guess that if you plug the BD player directly into the upstream router, it would not have any issues connecting. So, this would confirm my earlier statement that Ethernet ports on the Extreme are not enabled.
I would further guess that if you connected the Extreme directly to the upstream router by Ethernet and configure it for both Wireless Mode = Create an wireless network and Connection Sharing = Off (Bridge Mode), that the BD player would get the proper IP addresses it needs for Internet connectivity.
