I get an error message to contact cust support when installing CS4 Design Premium on windows 8
the install begins normally but the following message appeards and will not let me bypass. I have a new windows 8 laptop that i am trying to install on.
Error Message:
Setup Error
Setup has encountered an error and cannot continue. Contact Adobe Customer Support for asssitance.

And naturally, since CS4 comes from a time when nobody could conceive of Win 8 and thus no testing was done on it, try compatibility modes and all that first...

Error trying to install CS4 design premium on windows vista home premium
I'm having trouble installing CS4 design premium, as soon as it does the checking system it comes up with an error that says I need windows XP sevice pack 2 and some other windows. I have Windows vista home premium and all the other requirements, so i'm not sure why it's saying that? I do have CS3 installed but I didn't want to unistall it before I installed the CS4, cause then I wouldn't have anything to work on. The CS4 is brand new and I have it installed with no problems on another computer that has windows XP. Would I have to uninstall CS3 before I try to install it? I'm afraid that I will be left with neither if I do that and this was not a cheap investment to take that chance. Does anyone know how I could get CS4 design premium installed?

Jorge GonzalezYou should npt have to uninstall anything except Acrobat for CS4 to install. You can call tech support for free installation support.

check all payment parts are filled in and u have endered you last 3 digs on back on card used to set up account

I don't understand why I get this message, because I am able to make one purchase, but when I try to make another, that is when I'm prompted and am no longer able to make any purchases for several days. I am trying to re-install Photoshop CS6. The files have downloaded but I get and error message that the Adobe Support Advisor is required to determine what the installation probIem is. I click on the link that says "get the Support Advisor here only to be told the Support Advisor no longer exists!! A blind loop. I need to have Photoshop CS6 installed...what do I do from here??
The CC Cleaner Tool assumes the Akamai Download Manager is activated and it has not. It seems to be the missing file that triggers the error message. \in a previous re-install I was prompted to download & install the Akamai Download Manger, but not this time. Is there somewhere on the Adobe website that I can download it??

The section Install missing components has advice on breaking down the iTunes installer into the individual .msi files which might prove useful if Apple Application Support won't install normally. You could try this approach first.

I keep getting a message to contact itunes support when I try to make an in app purchase. What could be causing this issue? My credit card is up to date and in app purchases aren't restricted.
Have you tried contacting iTunes Support and asking them ? We are fellow users here on these forums, it could be due to a number of reasons, we won't know which one.
