Initial wireless sync was successful. Attempts to re sync got unexpected error message error:0x80040604: concurrent upload detected (CTag Error). I've sent in report. Andy suggestions?

Another user named Springbk posted a fix that worked for me as I was having the same problem today:
I Changed my DNS settings to OpenDNS
On a Mac go to SYSTEM PREFERENCES>NETWORK>ADVACED>DNS
change DNS by adding ( + )
208.67.222.222
then
208.67.220.220
click okay/apply after. then try the update. after the update, just delete the two open DNS server numbers. should revert back to your old one.

Printing error message when trying to print an email from Outlook 2010

I am having an issue with a client machine. The user is using windows 7 pro and office 2010 pro. This issue i am having is when you go to open an email that you need to print i get the following error "the item could not be found".
It does not make any difference if the printer is a local or a network printer. I have tried creating the profile again and still get the same problem. The problem is machine based and not user based. How can i get around this. At the
moment the user is having to copy and paste the message into word when they are then able to print it. It only seems to effect outlook and not other Office applications

If you recreated the Outlook profile and still got the same problem, please try to recreate the Windows Profile:
Log on to client using local admin account->rename the profile folder under c:\users.
By the way, did you try to print the mails in OWA?

Error message when trying to transfer/sync video from itunes to ipod

I have never had this problem before, but I just purchased a couple music videos from itunes and then was trying to manually transfer/sync them to my ipod and then I receive the error message "Attempting to copy to the disk failed. The disk could not be read from or written to"
I can transfer/sync music just fine still, and I have transferred music videos in the past. And I checked the info tab on the music videos and they are "protected content" but I have been able to transfer other protected content videos from itunes before.
I have tried restarting itunes and the ipod, putting it in disk mode and nothing seems to work. I would appreciate someone's help, THANK YOU!

I have an appleid for use in the Canadian App Store. I browse to the Canadian store, select a free app to install on my iPad, and get an arror message indicating that I cant use my appleid in the US store. I cant find any place where the setting might be cached. Any suggestions?

Error Message when trying to copy a picture and save it

Hi,
We have just recently started having this problem. When we are trying to copy and save any pictures or screens a pop-up comes up stating one of 2 things. One is regarding something about the remote connection or we get 'access denied'... These are not protected things we are trying to copy, it is on everything we try to copy and save.
Any ideas?

Has Vista's Service Pack 2 been installed? If you don't know, run winver.exe to find out.
Seems like it might be a firewall issue or a service may not be started. Please follow these instructions carefully.
1. Note the exact computer-clock time of such an error.
2. Open Event Viewer (eventvwr.msc) and expand Windows Logs.
3. Inspect the Application and System logs for an Error event at that exact time.
4. Do not try to manually copy anything from there. Double-click such an entry and then click the Copy button to put the details on your clipboard.
5. Paste that information without editing into your reply here. We need only the part down to where it says..

I'm having same problem. Performed recommended upgrade to Software Version 5.0. Didn't like it. Re-installed version 4.6, and now I can't synchronize.
Already tried all of the above. I'll be watching for a solution too.

A month later, and I'm still trying to resolve this issue.
I have cold booted the device (by removing the battery etc. etc.)
I have turned off all Wi-Fi.
I have un-installed desktop software, and then re-installed after cold boot.
Cannot think of any other solution.
Music syncs fine.
But cannot, for the life of me get the sync to allow me to set up my configuration.
Every time this 'UNKNOWN ERROR REPORTED
