I get an "The printer could not be found." message when trying to Print Preview, but the Print... itself shows the exact printer. How can I fix the preview setting?

I keep trying to install Firefox 3.6.10, and it seems to work, but then when it comes time to accept the user agreement, that option is grayed out and I can only go back. In the Software License Agreement box is the following message: "The license file for this version could not be found. Please visit Firefox homepage for more information."

Do a clean reinstall and download a fresh Firefox copy from http://www.mozilla.com/firefox/all.html and save the file to the desktop.

Apple's official advice is here... HT2905 - How to find and remove duplicate items in your iTunes library. It is a manual process and the article fails to explain some of the potential pitfalls, such as lost ratings and playlist membership.
Use Shift > View > Show Exact Duplicate Items to display duplicates as this is normally a more useful selection. You need to manually select all but one of each group to remove. Sorting the list by Date Added may make it easier to select the appropriate tracks, however this works best when performed immediately after the dupes have been created. If you have multiple entries in iTunes connected to the same file on the hard drive then don't send to the recycle bin.
Use my DeDuper script if you're not sure, don't want to do it by hand, or want to preserve ratings, play counts and playlist membership. See this thread for background and please take note of the warning to backup your library before deduping.

I am getting "The attempted operation failed. An object could not be found" error when I double click on an .ics file to an appointment to my calender. My outlook.com account's data file is set as default and this error only occurs if
that is the default data file. I thought that maybe my profile is corrupted. So, I opened up a new profile with the below steps and only add my outlook.com account there:
1-) Open up the Control Panel and go to Mail section
2-) Click "Show Profiles"
3-) Click "Add" and give a name to your profile.
4-) Configure your outlook.com account (with Auto Account setup, not manual steps)
5-) Finally, set that profile to be used always.
Then, I opened up the Outlook 2013 and clicked on the .ics file to add that appointment but got the same error.
Is this a known issue or specific to me?

The workaround of saving the ICS file and then importing it into the current calendar
works,
but the ICS calendar
displays in other section, NOT in the section of my old events.

iTunes gets track information from Gracenote's database, so iTunes must be able to reach gracenote.com and the CD must have been entered there by some purchaser already (all CD information in Gracenote is provided by we users). If these are common, commercially-distributed CDs, it may be that there is a firewall or privacy filter blocking access to gracenote.com. If these are unusual, independently-released or rare CDs, they just may not be in Gracenote yet. In the case of a custom CD where it's a compilation, Gracenote probably won't be able to identify them (it goes by complete albums, comparing the number and length of the tracks to try and figure out what album it is).

"original file could not be found" message

In my itunes library, I used to get an option to “clear” a song if I right clicked it. Now there is only “copy.”
So to remove the song, I opted for the “show song file” and then manually deleted it from the folder.
However, the file is still there, or at least the phantom version of it, in my library. And when I click it “I get "original file could not be found" message.
How do I properly remove the song from the library?
And how do I get rid off that annoying “"original file could not be found" message”?
Any help is greatly appreciated.

Make sure you are in the Library, not a (smart) playlist. Select "Library" from the top of source list (the list on the left of the screen).

What is "Firmware Could Not Be Found" message?

I got a new iPod Nano (8GB) so I used the same iTune software installed in my laptop. I registered the new Nano on-line and then copied all the songs to the new iPod. The iPod is working fine (transferred music from the laptop and at I can listen to these music).
Then I got this message: "A newer version of the Ipod software is available (version 1.1.1). To
update your Ipod with latest software, click Update."
I clicked update and it looked like it downloaded something. After a while, I got this message:
"The iPod could not be updated because the firmware
file could not be found."
I closed everything and turn off the computer. When I connected the iPod, I got the same message (newer version is available), I clicked Update but this time, it didn't download anything and got the same firmware could not be found message. I tried the Restore button but got the same message – firmware could not be found.
Is the software update looking for specific ipod? How can i both the software in both nanos?

The answer depends on a number of factors, such as the following:
If you have more than one email account, does this problem affect one, some, or all of your accounts?
Where did you last see this mail -- in your Inbox(es)? in some other folder(s) outside your Inbox(es)? somewhere else?
How old is the missing email -- yesterday? just before you got the new computer? over a week? over a month? over a year?
How are you reading email -- with the builtin Mail application? with some other mail-reading application? with a web browser?
How do you access your email on the server -- IMAP? POP? Exchange? web browser? other?
What version of OS X is on your new computer -- Mavericks (10.9.x)? Mountain Lion (10.8.x)?
Did you migrate your data and applications from your old computer when you set up your new computer?
For example, if the missing mail is the mail that was in your Inbox before you got the new computer, you are reading it with the builtin Mail via POP, and you failed to migrate data, then the mail was left behind on the old computer. The same would be true if the mail was in "On My Mac" mailboxes and you failed to migrate data.
