Forgive me if this is an easy answer, I'm not a huge itunes user.
I just purchased some Rolling Stones on itunes plus, paid the 1.29. Yada, yada yada... Well later in the day I wanted to make one of the songs a ringtone and noticed it was locked and couldn't.
What am I doing wrong? I've done this before with itunes plus music...
Any Help out there is greatly appreciated...

My IMAC OSX 10.6.8 2.8 GHz intelcore 2Duo 4GB 800 Mhz DDR2 SDRam recently had to have its hard drive replaced by apple thy actually had to give me a larger one because mine was no longer available,They also reinstalled all my programs and data from my 2 terrabite time machine back up. I got my system home and found that I had to upgrade most of my programs which I managed with a little help from my friends, but I still have one problem that I can't solve I have a Nikon Coolpix S6 that I have Been Syncing with my Iphoto since I've got it 3 years ago and now when I place it in the cradle the program reconizes it and says that it is going to start to import the new photos the little white wheel in the center of the screen starts spinning but nothing else happens. I checked all my connections and they are goog plus I even downloaded a nikon progam just to double check the camera & cradle and it works there but it wont pair off with my IPhoto.

First go to iPhoto Preferences, look in both General and Advanced tabs to make sure that things are set to import from camera into iPhoto.
Then if that doesn't help, connect the camera and open Image Capture in your Applications > Utilities folder and see if you can use Image Capture to reset the import path from the camera to iPhoto.

Need a little help from my friends

I have received 4 WS-C2948G L2 Switches for aproject I have been assigned to. The project is extremely thin, so I need to configure these switches by myself. When I was given the switches all I was told was the Switch Software had been cleaned off for security when I start the switch I see the switch boot from the console, but am lost from here (I have never worked with switches before). I have downloaded the 5.5(20) bin software image, but need a pointer or some help understanding a little about loading the software and interacting with the switch. While I get the console up, I can not tell that I can communicate with the switch at all. Any help would be appreciated, even if it is just a pointer to the correct publication to get me started. I have added 2 screen shots of boot if this helps. Ctrl C does not seem to stop the boot.

EP6 Transaction iView Shortcut... need a little help from my friends

I've noticed an issue regarding Workplace compatibility mode when launching SAPGUI for Windows from a Transaction iView. By default Workplace compatibility is set to "true", however, we need this to be "false".
If I save the shortcut file generated by the portal and open in a text editor I can see this:

If I change this on my desktop to "false" and start SAPGUI it works as expected.
Anyone have any ideas how to set this property from the portal?
A fix is described for EP5 in SAP Note # 631555 but I'm finding nothing on EP6.

There is a portal iview having link to connect R/3 system (EP 6 to R/3 4.6C). When the user clicks the link in the iview, before the R/3 system opens, it gives a error saying
<b>"Not all data for SAP GUI shortcut is available. System ID is unknown, Client is unknown, Enter the missing data"</b>If I click OK, a new window opens saying <b>"New SAPGUI shortcut</b>"
In that window it is asking for descrption, SID, SAPGUI parameter, etc...
I checked the SAP system created in the portal and all the parameters including the Application host, port, system aliases, etc are fine and I can open the SAP window from the support desk.
In the iview also I checked all the settings are absolutely fine.
The GUI type is WINGUI and the How to Start SAPGUI for windows I have given SSF only.
Still I am not sure what is missing. If I change the SSF to auto the transaction opens in a new browser.
The issue is this..... EP 6.0, created a System for Dev R/3 (4.6C) and given all the required information for all possible property category like SAP client, SID, system #, port, etc, etc. system type is SAP_R3. User management, Logon method is SAPLOGONTICKETS and user mapping type is "admin, user".
No ITS information is given since we only open the session_manager of R/3 thru the iView.
This opens the R/3 most of the times. But sometimes the user gets the error.
If I use auto instead of SSF the SAP transaction is opening within the iview portal window itself. But earlier it used to open as a typical separate SAP R/3 window.
So I also changed the Drag&relate option to open in a new portal window. Now it is opening in a new window, but unlike the earlier one, the SAP windows is inside a browser window. So the create new session button and all are not active. Moreover the client is cruel enough and very particular to say they want it to open as an individual SAP R/3 window and not inside a browser.
I tried to follow note 631555, but as per that I am not able to find the SAPApplication.Transaction iveiw.
The error does not occur always and in all the systems. Thanks in advance for any help.

HP Probook 4510S says "Plugged in Not Charging," little help from tech support

Hi there,
I have a two year old HP Probook 4510S that has had a ton of problems. The most recent of which was an error message every time I turned on the computer saying "Batter is critically low" and it stopped charging and said that power was 0% (it continued to work though if it was plugged in and would die immediately if the plug was removed). I replaced the battery ($108), which took about a month to receive because HP apparently sent the store the battery that goes with the new model of Probook and said it would fit in the old model (it didn't and had to be sent back). When I finally got the new battery it worked for about a day and then I noticed that the message said "Plugged in, not charging" and when the charger isn't plugged in the battery seems to deplete rapidly. Now it's at 36% and not charging.
I spoke to someone today at tech support and she said because it's out of warranty they couldn't help me, but that I should "try a friend's charger" to diagnose the problem myself, as though everyone has the same charger. When I said I didn't have access to another laptop to try another charger she just repeated that I need to try it on a different charger to see if it's a problem with the battery or the charger. But that if it's the battery and I provide them with proof of purchase they could replace that. The battery is brand new and doing the same thing as the last battery, so I doubt this is the problem. I said that I had seen messages all over the internet discussing this problem and that no one seemed to have the answer and she said "Those are on the internet, we haven't substantiated those claims." I'm shocked that HP doesn't seem to care that they get a bad reputation for offering so little help if a product is out of warranty. Because of this experience I doubt I would purchase another product from them, and I would warn others against it too. I've had more computer problems with HP than any other brand of laptop I've had or any of my friends/family have had. In the meantime, has anyone else had this problem? From the forums I've read it seems that occasionally people find solutions, but none seem to be working for me. Any insight would be much appreciated.

I'm designing a game on an applet that I do not intend on putting on any webpage. In the game I am tryin to add an image to use. The code that I am using works because I've seen it work before. However, I am having problems with the security stuff. The images are protected and I can't seem to bypass the security to get my images. How can I make it so there will be no compile-time error with loading the images from my own computer?? Thanks.

If you don't intend putting it on a web page then why write an applet? Applications run without security restrictions so that would seem a better solution.

How do I stop the Getting started with Mozilla Firefox page from opening everytime I start Firefox. If I have to see that everytime then I will delete Firefox for good...!!!!

Well the latest and Greatest Firefox Version 8.0. Won't let me change my home page no matter what I do it always comes back with the getting started page and my orignal home page.

How do I stop the "Getting Started with Mozilla Firefox" tab from opening every time I open FF?

Every time I open FF, the "Getting Started with Mozilla Firefox" tab opens. I have checked and it's not in my homepage list.
If I open any additional windows, it doesn't open.
But, once I close all of them and reopen it again, the tab opens.
I've had a similar problem with a couple addons (ietab) doing the same thing.

about:config is typed into the address bar as if you were going to a web page.
It will popup a message warning you that you are messing with important stuff.

Hi everybody, I've decided to post here in order to get some advices (maybe some of the moderators are not going to agree with me) from some of you (wonkanoby, Osnavi, Stu online, among others...) that I have the certainty that you could help me out here.
So here it's the message posted in the VGA MSI cards forum, but I didn't received any answers... And I'm so sorry for doing this but I don't see any other option, I really appreciate your advices, so here it's:
"Hi, I'm trying to use the VIVO function on a MSI Geforce FX 5600 but without any good result. I've installed the last WDM driver and also the lates Nvidia drivers, also the Info executable for Intel Chipset (inf, AGP), the motherboard can't asign an IRQ to the AGP (possible solution suggested by Nvidia itself to reponse to: "code 10 the device can't start"), I don't know if this mobo it's not compatible with this function or with this vid card. I'm pretty shure that I can't capture any video files without having the need of using any third part software (adobe premiere, capture solution, tv-christ, among others) and please advice me if I'm wrong, (I've tried MSI media Center deluxe without any success). The error code that the device manager shows is this(on nvidia WDM video Capture): Error code 10, the device can´t start.
Any ideas are welcome.

There may be an IRQ issue that the Intel crowd may be better suited to help with. You may have a device IRQ conflict, I've had this happen before and you have to look at your IRQ's for starters and look at slot population. The Creative card may be in a shared slot further complicating the issue or perhaps even the drivers are conflicting.
I suggest you tell us what slots are populated and post your IRQ's.
Go to Start>AllPrograms>Accessories>System Information~>Hardware Resources>IRQ's (Use the Edit menu to select all and copy, then post your IRQ's like this:

Getting started with C# need help to know what I need to learn

Good evening everybody, first time posting in this forum, so be gentle with my lack of knowledge about C#.
A bit about me first, I'm a electronics student, with a strong C/C++ knowledge but geared toward micro-controllers(namely AVR's, PSoC and ARM Cortex-M3), now I want to make some nice GUI's for some electronic widgets and my main OS is Windows and
C# seems to fit the bill for what I need to do, that is basic GUI's, serial com's and some graphing features do display simples x/y graphs.
So, I'm in the process of designing a two stroke ignition system and I want to make a easy to use interface to re-program and visualize the ignition curve and some other parameters, so a simples program I think.
My main idea/design is more or like the program made by the Ignitech company, I will post some example images so I can explain my self better.
The first picture shows the principal window for me, its a simple graph that is driven by the two tables that are over th graph, I would prefer to have a dynamic table(for example show only 8 positions or 10 ou 12, driven by another input box), and then
the graph, and a couple tabs, in part so I can configure multi-curve ignitions, and to have a couple different "main" tabs, main configuration, the advance designer tab and a monitor tab(shown in the second picture).
What I'm seeking is what functions/methods should I study and use to achieve this?
I think I should say that I'm not copying anything from Ignitech, much less trying to make a "pirate" version of their software(its a free direct download from their site), its just a personal project.

Delivery get created with one line item from sale ord having two line item

I have an issue when delivery is created with reference to a sales order.
The sale order consist of a header with customer group VBKD-KDGRP = '01'. There are two line item for this header with item 10 having customer group '01' and line item '20' having customer group '02'.
When delivery is created with reference to this sale order the delivery contains only one line item corresponding to line item 10 having customer group '01' of the sale order. But I need to have both the line item in the delivery irrespective of difference in customer group.
What makes this split up of delivery? Is there any configuration or user exit that need to be applied in order to adress this.

Check if there is any copy routine applied in the copy control from order to delivery - transaction VTLA. The routines themselves can be found in transaction VOFM (Data transfer -> Deliveries). LIKP-ZUKRL field contains the split criteria (by the way, check what's in that field on your deliveries).
It's possible that there is something in the current routine that is forcing the delivery split. Otherwise you can probably use similar approach to make it stop splitting.

Illustrator crashes on startup and little help from Adobe support team

Hello everyone,
I would like to share here my frustation trying to install Illustrator on a Windows XP machine and the poor support I got from Adobe.
After download and installing, the application can be launched, splash screen comes, then the main window, and then it crashes with the message "Adobe illustrator CS5 has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience".
I opened a ticket on the customer support page with detailed information on the error, including the error log. Error signature was:
"AppName: illustrator.exe AppVer: 15.0.0.399 ModName: sccore.dll
ModVer: 4.1.23.7573 Offset: 0001b2b6"
The answer to my ticket was given 10 days (!) later was:
"You can find informations to solve the issue under:

Which drives to a big page full of various symptoms and solutions in which I am supposed to dig in order to solve the problem myself.
If you encountered such crash at launching Illustrator and found a solution, I would be very thankful that you give me some hints.

I've been having a similar problem recently. Purchased CS5 Web Premium upgrade last month, loaded it, worked with AI a number of times, then all of a sudden out of the blue, I have the same problem as described above. Message is Adobe Illustrator CS5 has encountered a problem and needs to close. We ar sorry for the inconvenience.
The little window that displays this problem has two options: Send error report or don't send. Here is what is odd: If I choose to ignore the window altogether and not choose either option, I am able to do things in Illustrator. I can open a file, select an object, change it, save the file... All with this annoying window floating in front of everything.
I figured something had gone corrupt so I uninstalled the entire CS5 suite, reinstalled the entire suite. Guess what... same problem. Very frustrating. If it is a fonts problem, my question would be why is only Adobe Illustrator having a problem with it and not the CS5 suite components?
Any insights would be most appreciated...

Why do all versions after 10.1.102.64 get strange with youtube when shifting from/to fullscreen?

ive just installed latest flash, and like others versions except 10.1.102.64, my shifting to and from fullscreen gets annoying, screen goes black and sound vanishes for a millisecond, why does this happend with all versions after 10.1.102.64 ???

Right click the video, go to Settings and then remove the checkmark from "Enable Hardware Acceleration".
