I get error 10003 when I set the port width to 64 using port config on port 4.

Why is this, when 64 lines are available? (setting it to 56 works fine). I am using a PC-DIO-96 and LabView 4.1 on Windows 98SE

I can't find any documenation about this type of limitation for the PC-DIO-96. How is it that you were able to get NI-DAQ 6.7 working with LabVIEW 4? This could provide some clue about what is going wrong.
Upgrading both your LabVIEW and NI-DAQ to the latest and greatest is the best solution.
However, if you want to get something going while waiting for LabVIEW 6i to arrive, I'd recommend uninstalling NI-DAQ 6.7 and installing NI-DAQ 6.6 instead (available online at http://digital.ni.com/softlib.nsf/web/all+software). This would be the last version thoroughly tested with LabVIEW 4.0.
If you still have trouble, you might need to uninstall/reinstall both LabVIEW and NI-DAQ.

Since it sounds like you are doing the initial setup for the first time, I would try resetting the device and starting over, as in this article:

I would read the first two sections, "What is a reset?" and "Under what circumstances will I need to do a reset?" to make sure these steps would be okay for you, then follow the "How do I reset my AirPort Base Station or Time Capsule?" section for your specific device to perform the reset.

Actually in outgoing payments there is no tax code selection available. Just we simply selecting the account on which we are making payment and amount( in payment means we are giving cheque details). When trying to add it is giving above said error. Kindly let me know if you have any solution.

User gets error message when logging into a new pc "Outlook is using anold copy of your .ost"

We have a user who needs to login to multiple pc's. When she logs into a new pc and opens Outlook she gets the error.
"Outlook is using an old copy of your Outlook data fuile (.ost). Exit Outlook, delete the file, and restart Outlook. Anew file will automatically be created the next time you initiate a send/receive."
We manually delete the file and a new one is created but we would like to find a better resolution to this issue. Also we have just recently migrated to O365. any help with finding a better resolution would be appreciated. Thanks.

Logged the call with SAP who directed me to 'Define settings for attachments' in IMG and setting the 'Deactivate Java Applet' & 'Deactivate Attachment versioning' checkboxes - problem solved.

If a power cycle of the TC works then the issue is simply Lion.. and there is as yet no fix.. and may never be..
Apple do not seem to acknowledge the issue but plenty of people have it.. It doesn't happen with SL.. one very good reason to not bother with Lion.. Maybe ML will fix it.. without Apple having to ever admit an issue.
In the meantime, if possible downgrade TC to 7.5.2 .. it has less issues than 7.6 or later.
Reset the TC and change all names, TC and wireless names, to short, no spaces, no special characters.
If it is the main router, set the dhcp lease to a short time.. 10min I recommend.
The above will probably not fix the issue.. but it might go a bit longer before a reboot is needed.. going back to SL would fix it.

Error 3194: Resolve error 3194 by updating to the latest version of iTunes. "This device is not eligible for the requested build" in the updater logs confirms this is the root of the issue. For more Error 3194 steps see: This device is not eligible for the requested build above.
Are you trying to restore to a PC or an Mac? Either way, I'd remove iTunes, empty the trash, restart, and download/install the latest version. Also, check the versions of OS that the latest build of iTunes will work with.
