How do I get the attempts back?
Additionally i purchased Photoshop Elements 11 in 2012. I had a hard drive replaced and need to reload but message says "It is too late to download this file. You were allowed to download within 30 days"

adobe allows unlimited downloads. you just need your serial number to convert a downloaded trial to an unlimited version.

Your ISP may be redirecting your browser.
Use Open DNS. It's free and includes anti phishing filters.
Open System Preferences / Preferences then select the Network tab. Click the Advanced tab then click the DNS tab.
Enter these numbers exactly as you see them here.

The download does not begin, I get no error messages.is the 2nd day that Lightroom CC has been available. Is the problem that Adobe can not handle the volume or do I have another problem?

I'm experiencing the same exact problem. I thought the Adobe CC Photographers package was supposed to provide us with automatic updates? This is not a good user experience, and I hope that Adobe will remedy it soon.

You should be able to install CC on a second computer, licensing rules allow you to install on two computers.

Most likely, you have either the Facebook video calling plugin or the "NexDef" plugin for watching baseball streams. Both depend on the Java runtime distributed by Apple. If you no longer need the plugin, remove it. Otherwise, install Java.

Every time I try to purchase a song, "session has timed out" shows up after I click "agree" to the terms!? I seem to be in the exact same scenario as 'SportsBarn' above: Itunes support have replied repeatedly with the same "solutions" but nothing has helped or even been applicable. I have an older laptop, 2005 Powerbook running OS X 10.4 Tiger so it's not compatible with the latest iTunes 10.5.2 which requires minimum OS X 10.5. Since Nov 14 I havent been able to access iBooks. I get a window saying "unable to download application. iBooks cannot be downloaded at this time" . I have powered off and on countless times but it just won't open. Any suggestions please?

Demo, I tried this but I still get the same message.
When I look at the iBooks app on the iPad screen the slider at the bottom is permanently visible as if it is about to download. When I tap the app to start downloading "waiting" appears underneath for about one second then it disappears and the above message window pops up.
So for the last month I have not been able to read any of the 3 books I recently downloaded. I haven't been able to do much about it as I have been travelling from the UK to Asia (the long way) so Apple stores haven't been on my route. I had hoped to read the books while travelling on various flights but it's been very frustrating not being able to do so.

Apple has dropped support in Mavericks (10.9) of the AirPort Express and AirPort Extreme models that were discontinued more than six years ago.
You can still administer the older AirPort models if you have a Mac running Leopard, Snow Leopard, or a PC.

Additional things to try.
Try this first. Turn Off your iPad. Then turn Off (disconnect power cord for 30 seconds or longer) the wireless router & then back On. Now boot your iPad. Hopefully it will see the WiFi.
Go to Settings>Wi-Fi and turn Off. Then while at Settings>Wi-Fi, turn back On and chose a Network.
Change the channel on your wireless router (Auto is best). Instructions at http://macintoshhowto.com/advanced/how-to-get-a-good-range-on-your-wireless-netw ork.html
Another thing to try - Go into your router security settings and change from WEP to WPA with AES.

Note - When troubleshooting wifi connection problems, don't hold your iPad by hand. There have been a few reports that holding the iPad by hand, seems to attenuate the wifi signal.
